住酒店到現在沒有遇到哪個酒店像這個酒店服務這麼差的，前台22點多就睡覺了？掃個碼沒説清楚她就在那很不耐煩了，房間沒有牙膏牙刷洗漱用品也沒給我們，第二天打電話到前台前台説不送？要的話自己到前台拿？這不是廢話嗎？不要拿什麼刷牙呢請問？這是酒店哦不是公寓或者賓館哦，我住過的公寓跟賓館服務都沒有這麼差的。因為我也是做酒店管理的，這個酒店服務太離譜了沒有培訓好。還有垃圾桶裏麪還有垃圾這個可以接受，洗臉盆也給你們修好了，酒店風格是不錯但是不要讓服務給影響了。
