訂的大床房到店裡突然給我們換成了包間，跟我們説沒有大床房在手機上訂的時候咋不打電話提前通知呢可以理解但我是會員延遲退房到兩點結果線下1點多的時候跟我們講線下是沒有延遲退房的那是平台上面的然後訂房之前打過電話續住一個小時，沒定房之前打電話説的是30塊錢結果下午來敲門的時候跟我説50塊錢直接掃給他總體很差勁一次遇到這種

想着太晚了 ，可能沒熱水，就沒有給前台打電話 一點熱水都沒有 ，應該是全天都沒有。玩累了一天想洗澡沒水，氣死。設施陳舊，一進店裡有異味，可能衹有旅遊旺季的時候才會有人吧
