住的環境好，非常嶄新的裝修，前台服務也好，小姐姐漂亮温柔大方，門口的停車位非常大，對於新手來説非常友好，，酒店一進門看着就很高大上，這樣的價格酒店簡直是超性價比，酒店隔音效果也不錯，衞生間乾淨無異味，枕頭也很軟。

前台接待態度很好，看到有長者就主動安排了不靠公路的房間，停車場，房間都很大。靠近高鐵站所以離城中心遠，附近也沒有便利店。

房間挺新也很乾凈，前台接待人員很熱情服務很好，就是晚上沒保安，地下停車場很黑暗都不敢停，晚上前台客服既是接待也是客房服務員，確實是一人幹三份工作

19號19點30分攜程訂好的房，20號凌晨2點半去入住居然被告知沒有房了，前台説我們攜程訂的房，他們前台看不到訊息，之後説給我們退款，然後在東興幫我們在其他酒店找一間房，後面找都沒找就説東興沒有房了。給我們安排一件正在翻新的套房，床單都被子都是亂的，説沒有人睡過，沒有紙巾，沒有毛巾，想着凌晨也沒有房能住了，就將就住了。最絕的是我們凌晨4.5點才睡，早上10點左右前台打電話過來讓我們開門給他們拿工具，請問前台夜班不跟白班的人交接好班的嗎？電話裏前台還強調讓我們住進翻新房的不是她。這種服務態度？而且當時訂的房還是週末漲價的房。立即聯繫了攜程客服，客服説了攜程訂的房酒店是不可能不知道得，如果不知道的話，不可能查得到我們的住房訊息。這個奇葩事件我也是第一次遇到，最後還是攜程給退了房錢，酒店推卸責任。請各位友友們勿踩雷，

很少評論。但這次確實不滿意，酒店位置偏（已有心裏準備，還是想不到買瓶水都要要跑很遠），房間設施陳舊，牆體侵蝕，衞生間門無鎖。在攜程定了含早，但酒店不認，衹有自己解決（第一次遇到）。多要個枕頭也沒有——因為房間滿了。

房間沒有異味，晚上安靜，房間空間大，燈光有些暗，有兩個燈是壞的了，靠近床邊衹有一個充電口，不合理，早餐一般，品種少，服務態度不錯
