五一假期到萬尾金灘，其實也沒想着這個時候住民宿會有多好的服務，但這次體驗真的很一般。
1、由於是親子出遊，所以總人數是兩大兩小4人，不過房間衹配備兩個枕頭，在東興市區的酒店也是一樣的，所以也沒多計較，後來找老闆去多要兩個，老闆最後也給了（過程是總共問了4次，晚上睡覺前才給）
2、旁邊的大排檔也是同一家的老闆的，服務也是非常一般，但是出品還是可以的，不滿之處在於我們是房客，點餐後讓我們回去房間等着通知，最後等到九點鐘，其它食客都上座了才輪到我們，分明就是殺熟的舉措。
3、可能是為了省錢，衞生紙都是質量超級差的那種，而且衹給一小卷，不過沒拍照，就不放上來了。
4、晚上睡覺時居然有衹蟋蟀爬到枕頭上，嚇死了。
總的來説，打一分不是我的風格，不過老闆想要多點回頭客，希望能有所改善。

沒熱水，跟房東説了好幾遍都沒處理；本來想給長者泡個熱水腳，等到十二點再去找一遍房東才説熱水煤氣開小了，真無語！

老闆為人很好，還特意挪他的車給我停，贊一個！賓館旁邊老闆又開個配套大排檔，早餐，加工海鮮，應有盡有。

誰來誰倒黴我説。一大早上後邊就在敲敲敲個不停，對面住户更是開着門一直在吵，房間一點都不隔音，入住的時候前台是衹字不提後面在裝修會吵，浴室乾濕不分離，旁邊的大排檔沒有空調，被蚊子咬了好幾個包，打下這段話的時候外面的敲聲依舊沒停。隔行如隔山，我祝你成功吧

老闆超熱情，服務周到及時，衞生OK，價格便宜，位置就在海邊（隔條馬路），食物價格便宜，乾淨。

房間和圖片一樣，夠大，有陽台。不過臨街，很吵，窗簾不遮光。對睡眠不好的人來説不夠友好。
另外，老闆娘態度真不怎麼樣
