#衞生好# #價格划算##房間寬敞##位置很好##服務好#1、地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，前台小姑娘非常熱情，值得獎勵。2、房間設施齊全，服務人員素質高，，跟一些快捷商務酒店很不一樣。房間設施新，床品舒服，總體物超所值，是一次非常滿意的體驗。有免費停車場，有小車充電樁，離海邊300米，3、房間採光不錯，衞生也搞的挺好的，對於我這個對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説，感覺很好了，推薦給大家。

疫情後的第一次旅行、整個行程最滿意的就是這酒店。東興煥發大酒店、
衞生乾淨整潔、服務態度很好👍，這家酒店非常有設計感、可見酒店老闆的品味很不錯👌其次酒店的設施很不錯、酒店的床軟硬非常適合：洗手間燈很高級、反正是不錯的酒店。下次來我們還住這！現在暑假期非常合適過來遊戲！小朋友非常開心，在海邊邊玩水邊吃海鮮🦞 非常好👍

這是我第一次給人差評，實在是入住感太差了。
因為是2個家庭出遊加一位70多歲出遊，故而定了三房一廳。
我提前一週訂房，定了8月4日晚上入住～8月6日離店，共2晚，700多一晚。共1400元。
8月4日我們一行晚上十點多達到酒店，進去一看，根本不是三房一廳，衹是二房一廳，有張床是放在大廳的。跟店家反應，店家説這就是三房一廳，客廳的床也算一個房間。還説她們這裏都是這樣算的。
進入房間，打擾不乾淨，前次住客吃剩的零食還留在床上，地板上，客廳床上和高低床上都有餅乾渣。
因為帶着長者和小孩，又晚又下雨，實在不想折騰，另外因提前預訂兩天房費，已交全款不退款，就勉強住下。因為前面跟店家因為房間問題鬧得不愉快，接下來的入住，店家態度很不好，衞生間不更換，需要自己下去找她們要，房間衞生不打掃。入住體驗實在太差。
東興像這樣賓館很多，不用擔心沒有房間，可以一天天預訂，便於退款，再有房間價格波動大，我提前預訂是700多一晚，但實際入住房間已經見到500多，真得沒必要浪費錢，提前預訂。
這家酒店實在太差了，不會再關顧，謹慎入住

假期跟朋友來遊玩 選擇了這家酒店位置優越，交通便利，位置很好繁華，出行方便，走路幾分鐘就到海邊 門口有停車位非常方便，佈局合理，前台備有餅乾糖果🍬前台效率高，周到，房間採光好，明亮，安靜，衞生很乾凈，床墊很舒服，出水快，水温好，網速快，辦公方便，強力推薦！！
房間和圖片一致，入住放心，空調涼爽，睡得很安穩。服務態度也很好！周到禮貌，很不錯，下次還是會選擇這家酒店。超讚！

一般，還算乾淨，房間帶陽台大概有20平方。
但是位置不太好，開車去萬尾市場得三公里，
附近也沒有直接去到海灘的路，
不能走路直接去到海灘，距離一公里，走路還是比較遠的。廁所會反臭味，要時刻關好廁所門，開抽風機，不然就會有一股一言難盡的味道。電梯比較暗比較小。

房間小得可憐，隔音還不好唯一的窗户又小，還是在走廊過道的位置，還有人跳窗户看進來，當時我還躺在床上無語死了，從床上下來直接就是廁所門口，排風又差，洗臉盆還沒有我家湯盆大，跟圖上簡直一個天一個地，建議還是親自去看再住
