Thinking that it was a chain brand and not a bad hotel, I booked it without even thinking about it. . It turned out to be a big mistake. I drove eight hours and arrived at two o'clock in the middle of the night. The front desk told me that they would be renovating at eight o'clock tomorrow morning and it would be very noisy. Me? ? ? What are you decorating for the May Day holiday? ? I said it was too early for me to accept it, and the front desk was furious on the spot. In a tone that sounded like you couldn't live with it anymore, I said I couldn't help you find a place by yourselves. Did I say you want to refuse the order? She said I took the order, but you can’t live alone. . What a great attitude. I spent almost 500 to book a room for 4 people. I only had two bottles of water and one of the rooms had no socket. It was really amazing. . The carpet was dirty, the shower didn't work well, the drinks in the small refrigerator were all dusty, and breakfast was mostly frozen products wholesaled from outside and heated. I have stayed in hotels of all sizes, high, medium and low. I’ve never seen anything that bad, maybe it’s a copycat of Lavande. .

Because there was no parking space in the hotel I originally booked, I changed my reservation to Lavande about 15 minutes before check-in. However, the various features of this hotel are really shocking: 1. Poor hygiene. As shown in the picture, because the room is carpeted, all kinds of oil stains, debris, and dust cannot be cleaned; there are rust stains under the bathroom sink; there is no floor towel in the shower room, and the entire bathroom is filled with water. Very sloppy. 2. Poor environment. Before check-in, the hotel was not informed that it was under renovation, so I made a reservation. When I checked in, the front desk informed me that "it is under renovation, so it will be a little noisy." Note that it is "a little noisy." I don't know how the hotel defines this point. It is 9 o'clock. Is the electric drill just drilling into that spot next to your ear? According to national regulations, the decoration time is 8:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00 on working days. Decoration operations that generate noise and vibration are not allowed during other time periods. So why is it noisy when using an electric drill? 3. There is a problem with service attitude. I made a normal phone call and the male front desk told me when I checked in that there would be renovations from 8:30 am to 6 pm, but there was nothing he could do. Let me ask you, brother, not to mention whether what you are doing is legal or not, when a customer raises a question, should the seat service staff apologize to the customer as soon as possible to appease the customer, and then propose a solution? Tell me directly, there is nothing you can do. Can the small hotel system be above the law? It is recommended to read the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution". Your organization urgently needs to strengthen employee training.
