真的挺划算的，暑假期間賣一百多的價格，比較良心了，雖然沒有早餐，還是可以住的，走到海灘也就5分鐘不到，附近也有吃的，比較方便！推薦大家來喲………！

環境還可以，房間也不算窄，1.35米的雙人床，適合一家出行住，方便停車，還比較靠海。

整體環境不錯，離海邊相對較近，但是房間的隔音效果實在是太差了。半夜隔壁打呼嚕聽得一清二楚，而且床墊隨便動一下就很響。

這家酒店位於東興市著名海灘度假區——萬尾金灘外的主要交通幹道上，離沙灘步行百米左右即可到達，酒店周圍有餐館，位置生活十分便利。酒店房間面積很大，但是酒店設施感覺已經明顯老化，房間內的衞生狀況也很一般，居住的體驗不是太好。

和老公上海自駕游到防城港，酒店離海邊和農貿市場步行都很近，住10樓看的到海，衞生間沒有乾濕分離，水很大

酒店離沙灘衹有300米左右，就在馬路邊上，門口開闊，停車位很多。酒店大廳很大，有一兩套功夫茶具桌椅在哪裡擺放着。一看過去曾經輝煌過。整棟樓12層都有客房。裝修很不錯的，衞生也打掃得乾淨。房間很大，衞生間也很大。一切設施齊全。在同一個地段價格卻不算是高的，然而卻沒有幾個人訂住。我在網上訂的80元，但所住的房子可值160元。為什麼隔壁那幾家店的條件不如它，客源卻有很多呢？我不理解。也許是價格牌子上的虛標價格嚇退了很多不會玩智能手機的一批人！還有可能是在經營理念上有待商榷。可以借鑒隔壁的悦來客棧的做法，可以進行低價位的長短租，每月1000左右，包水電可以自己做飯。畢竟現在的長者越來越多了，還有些窮講究，自己做飯放心衞生！

酒店位於東興金灘附近，離海邊很近走路過去大概十幾分鍾就能看見沙灘了，酒店門前有免費的停車位，房間寬敞明亮、乾淨衞生，能遠遠的看見海面，附近有很多當地特色的餐館吃飯很方便。
