設施很陳舊，鑰匙開門，蹲坑，感覺穿越了。這也就罷了，樓下養的狗哀嚎了一晚上也沒人管，也不是犬吠，而是狗做夢哀嗷，配合著陽台吱嘎作響的木門，一晚上沒得睡着。沒辦法，景區裏面的便宜酒店也要一百相當於外面的四五十的招待所，往前就是海灘，地理位置還是不錯的

位置很好，就在金灘那塊石頭附近，走路也就三分鐘左右吧。但是房間設施真的有點不好多説看圖就是。專門訂的個陽台房，可以晾衣服，衹能説價格在金灘附近很便宜。空調老舊還漏水下來。

時間：8.15-8.18三天暑假期間，特價房間價格比較便宜120-140一晚
態度：到的時候剛好碰上老闆吃飯，很熱情邀請我一起吃，住宿期間遇到問題也有努力解決
環境：提前説明這是特價房，老闆家有其他房子
①廁所是陽台改的十分簡陋，如圖
②床邊沒有開關插座，全屋衹有一個插板
③床上有很多沙，床單可能因為在海邊潤潤的感覺沒幹如圖
④應該是改的隔斷房間非常不隔音，其他訪客講話的聲音都能聽清楚
⑤8.15入住後8.16上午十二點之前，老闆娘或者其他人在我入住期間來開了兩次門沒開開。第一次沒開開後給其他顧客説這幾面有人換一間，第二次老闆娘可能打掃衞生又來開門沒開開。（協商後我訂的是8.15和8.16兩天）
以上是我住宿期間的感受，總體一般，推薦訂購其他正常房間，不介意的遊客可以訂購特價房間。

離海邊衹有一碗湯的距離，方便，周邊吃的東西也挺多，老闆還提供了自助廚房可用，可以買海鮮回來加工，很方便，感覺像住家一樣温馨，房間乾淨整潔，洗漱用品備得很齊全，床單毛巾都非常乾淨，老闆人挺熱情面善，關鍵是價格不貴，性價比非常高，下次有機會過來，還會選擇住這家賓館，挺滿意的一次入住。
