先説好吧：1.離海灘非常近。2.離海灘真的近，可以走路去。3.吃飯的地方不遠，但大排檔價格不是很友好。35一斤的老虎斑，大排檔98一斤。4.服務態度還可以。
不好的方面：1.沒有電梯，建議不要住五六樓。2.網定價格不算低，但衞生紙、一次性牙刷什麼的都是最低配置，尤其那個紙巾。3.還是球頭鎖，生銹了，門難開，鑰匙也難拔。4.樓下沒有停車位，停的地方不算遠，附近以前空地，下午的時候路不好走。5.衞生一般吧。6.服務態度還可以的下一句就是，也基本不用什麼服務，將就睡一晚吧。

房間老舊，門窗門鎖都是壞的衣櫃發黴衞生間老舊，蚊蟲又多，所有的東西都是廉價的，上個廁所衞生紙都不夠兩人用的！！最差的一次入住體驗

價格300多，1、條件還沒我們鎮上100多的好，房間10個平方都不到，而且房間隔音差，12點多了小孩還在樓道跑來跑去的，也沒人説，更加沒人管，嚴重影響休息。2、想開個電視吧，電視還是爛的，還不通電先，更加不要説遙控，簡直就是個擺設；3、還有浴巾毛巾都是一次性的，垃圾得要死，4、被單剛進房間就發現有個像腳印一樣的痕跡，而且被芯還是發黑發黴的都不換，5、衞生間吊頂都腐蝕掉漆了，看着都危險。6、總體來説環境不是一般的差

不滿意，在到達酒店的時候看了環境，因為該酒店沒有電梯有長者同行爬不上樓要求退房，在平台要求退房（未入住）平台聯繫酒店老闆對方不允許退房費（同行朋友一家人的房費秒退）實在讓我做為一個消費者想不通。

房間看不了電視、有一間（308# ）空調不製冷。
周圍停車場的地勢不平、門前道路下大雨後積水排不出去，積水快到小腿了差點泡到車。
