第一，沒有熱水，在詢問前台時，前台態度極其惡劣，我説沒有熱水時第一時間反駁，説他們的酒店一直都是有熱水的，反覆説了兩三遍才打電話叫人來修，真的很生氣，有熱水我會特地跑一趟？並且在找人來修時，説我在前台鬧，請問我反饋正當需求是鬧？第二床是斜的，我真，生氣到不想説話。第三，機麻房機麻第一時間是壞的，我在樓下收到消息給前台説，前台開到房間時已經被我們的人弄好了，前台上來指着我，指責我，説我亂説。第四，門是壞的，爛的。第五電視機打不開，床上有頭髮。我們開了六間房，三間標間，三間大床房，在六樓，七樓，九樓，均沒有熱水，並伴隨壞床，斜床等情況。

房間超級黴臭！！被子床單都不乾淨！老闆態度超級不好 不耐煩要熱水就説沒有 要自己回房間拿熱水壺燒房間裏全是*****！就沒住過這麼臟亂差的酒店！！！

這是我住過的性價比最高的旅店了。我定的是普通大床房。電視真的可以看，不像別家是擺設。房間裏有晾衣架，有大衣櫃，空調可以用，衞生間很大，有電梯。每層樓的走道外是陽台，可以晾衣服。旅店門口有好幾個免費車位。房間最亮的燈設計在裝飾條裏面，亮又不照眼，很貼心的設計。雖然價格便宜，但豪華間完全是商務賓館的水平。最後一張是豪華大床房，有全套皮沙發，陽台，我財迷沒訂。對了，門口就是可以到東興口岸越南街的公交站。衹是不知道這裏的公交車要多長時間一趟。還有，旅店自己提供的照片都是真實的，沒有誇張。一樓有他家的便利店，煙酒飲料零食方便食品等。哎呀，還有，晚上他家的對面有好幾家燒烤。早點馬路對面有，走3分鐘到。一下子住了四天。

房間不錯 完全是這個價格的最高品質 性價比超級高 但是！廁所有異味 洗髮水洗髮露沐浴露什麼的有粘稠感 這個不太滿意 其它都是特別特別好 衣服忘記拿了 前台還幫我放起來 服務滿分
