看看這是一家掛牌⭐⭐⭐⭐星酒店，首先大堂辦理入住沒人接待，好不容易有了人有告知沒有預訂訊息，我又聯繫平台後才告知有了訂單，拿到房卡進到房間裏看到的就是這樣子，訂單是含早餐的結果早上七點多去吃早餐，結果是我入住的時候沒有跟前台💁🏻♀️人員説我定帶早餐的房間，所以沒有我的早餐，更惡劣的是我剛回到房間就有人來敲門，我開門看到的是一箇中年男人不像酒店是服務員，中年男人開口就説讓我趕緊退房，事情發展到這一步就沒法往下説了，不建議入住這家酒店！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

整體感覺酒店在服務人員的培訓上很到位，從門僮到客房阿姨，態度都積極主動，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。雖然酒店有些年頭，但維護得不錯，很乾凈。以這個價位能享受到如此細緻周到的服務，性價比非常高，強烈推薦給注重服務的客人。

商家服務態度好，幫忙免費升級了套房，住的很寬敞，衞生乾淨的，晚上睡覺無雜音，我們前一晚九點多才入住的，入住時間較晚，商家第二天下午兩點半了也沒有催我們退房，給我們充足的休息和整理時間。

酒店設施有點舊了，衞生還是不錯的，房間整體狀況還可以。離口岸有個一公里多，西貢咖啡味道還可以，附近有幾家越南菜館子，味道還可以。
