看看這是一家掛牌⭐⭐⭐⭐星酒店，首先大堂辦理入住沒人接待，好不容易有了人有告知沒有預訂訊息，我又聯繫平台後才告知有了訂單，拿到房卡進到房間裏看到的就是這樣子，訂單是含早餐的結果早上七點多去吃早餐，結果是我入住的時候沒有跟前台💁🏻♀️人員説我定帶早餐的房間，所以沒有我的早餐，更惡劣的是我剛回到房間就有人來敲門，我開門看到的是一箇中年男人不像酒店是服務員，中年男人開口就説讓我趕緊退房，事情發展到這一步就沒法往下説了，不建議入住這家酒店！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

商家服務態度好，幫忙免費升級了套房，住的很寬敞，衞生乾淨的，晚上睡覺無雜音，我們前一晚九點多才入住的，入住時間較晚，商家第二天下午兩點半了也沒有催我們退房，給我們充足的休息和整理時間。

酒店設施有點舊了，衞生還是不錯的，房間整體狀況還可以。離口岸有個一公里多，西貢咖啡味道還可以，附近有幾家越南菜館子，味道還可以。

房間設施很差，空調老舊，温度調控不了。洗手盆與枱麪整體脱離。從攜程預訂的房間標註4星，價格255，含早餐。結果入住時被告知不提供早餐，如要退費找攜程。後來前台表示可以送餐（品種為包子、油條、豆漿），我們要求七點送餐，前告電話聯繫告知太早了，送不了。後經協商定為七點半送到。結果直到七點五十也沒人送餐，後前台告知説衹有稀飯，而且目前還送不了。因着急趕路既沒吃到早餐，且七點五十五退房時也找不到前台工作人員。感覺攜程預訂很不負責，雖酒店設施老舊，但服務應該跟上。此次住房感覺太不好了。
