居民樓裏面的小賓館，雖然老舊，房間設施也還算齊全，24小時熱水與獨立衞生間，賓館後門還有自帶車位，青旅的房價甚是感人，適合自駕的驢友歇腳。
另外，老闆人挺有趣，北方人，四十來歲，精明能幹，也很健談，能儘量照顧到住店客人的所有需求。據説老闆也是個旅居客，大半生走南闖北，在此落腳開店有三四年，言談間能感受到他閲歷的豐富和從容，倒也有種大隱於市的感覺。前半生追山河，後半生守屋檐，説的就是這種吧。
