洗手間早上就沒熱水了，晚上可能因為假期住的人多，10點左右也沒熱水了。這對我們這樣家庭出行就不太方便了。

酒店樓道很臭，房間衞生很差，廁所還有上個房客留下的頭髮，洗手枱上到處灰塵污垢，隔音也很差，睡在床上能聽到樓道的各種聲音，總體來説太差了！

再次入住這間酒店 ，天啊，前台居然還記得我，好感動！！服務也特別地細心周到。這次是帶朋友來一起住的，朋友説又靚又便宜。我們是計劃好去越南玩幾天的，與前台説車停在酒店停車場給停車費，酒店説不收費，可以免費停車，酒店真人性，真是讓我感動[強]。姐妹們～來東興我推薦真的可以來這間酒店住哦，性價比很高，環境很舒服安靜，衞生也很乾凈，我最喜歡的是房間有大窗户，空氣流通的感覺很好，住的讓人心情很美麗。房間好像裝修過，感覺比之前住的新。晚上燈光很亮看手機上網也很好，總之是都很不錯的，還是那句話，性價比太高太可以了👍，推薦推薦！！！！！！！

我簡直不知道攜程上這家住宿的高分和好評是怎麼來的，首先這裏地理位置偏僻，沒有停車位，我們定了五間房，房間設施老舊，沒有飲用水和一次性拖鞋，其中一間移動花灑是壞的，馬桶是堵塞的，我們要求換一間，結果換的那間的房卡插上去之後，房間燈還需要手動開關，燈光也很昏暗，另一間水龍頭出水是黃色的，還有一間沒有熱水……我們覺得一間四百多的房費完全配不上這裏的服務和環境設施，員工態度超級差，他説沒有多餘的房間了，威脅我們要不然就退房，我們決定退房，又強制加收我們120元的“清潔費”，我們覺得不合理，還發脾氣摔東西，還揚言下次不要帶老年人出來了，請問這是服務行業應該體現的職業素養和説的話嗎？大過年的出來玩，遇到這種店小欺客的簡直心情糟透了

床單被子枕頭都很硬，有停車位，設備有點舊，電視也難開，床頭上還有污漬沒打掃乾淨！假期漲價很多，沒辦法，住一晚枕頭受不了換了
