I had high expectations for this hotel, especially considering the price, which was even higher than many well-known hotel chains. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the cost. The on-site restaurant is managed by a third party and lacks professionalism. Despite there being only 16 villas and fewer than 5 tables occupied at breakfast, we waited over an hour for a simple American breakfast. Additionally, you’re required to pay immediately for every meal or drink—no option to charge to your room, which was inconvenient. Our villa was not cleaned for two days, and despite booking nearly six months in advance, we were placed in a villa where the private pool was entirely in the shade—no sun at all. To make matters worse, the villa alarm went off twice around midnight, making it difficult to sleep. Although the staff acknowledged these issues, no compensation was offered. The only gesture was a complimentary taxi to the airport, which we had already paid for ourselves. The one positive aspect was the group chat created for guest communication—it helped somewhat with responsiveness, though it didn’t make up for the overall inefficiency. In summary, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. It simply does not offer value for the price.
