Amazing place to stay ! great private beach , the ambience is breathtaking . The stay , food and service was excellent . The beach side restaurant served amazing cocktails and mocktails. The buffet breakfast was lip-smacking and the team did an excellent service. The rooms were spacious and well maintained . Looking forward to staying again!

Everything was outstanding with fabulous services, staff are very greatest and dedicated while they are working, wonderfully place for memorable and holiday, never faculty this place we really received super standard service, We will back in this piece of paradise we really miss the views from the pool look the blue, food is very superb

Thanks to all staff from beggining to end, we had perfectly moment in this piece of heaven, greatest staff from reception to restaurant this is will be favourite place with immaculate rooms, swimming pool is very super unique wit it's views

It an amazing hotel, I felt like a queen the decorations in the hotel and design resembles the really palace of Sultans in Zanzibar. The staffs are really nice and friendly. The chef is excellent I had the best meal one that you can not find the whole of Zanzibar.... Spa area fit for relaxation. The rooms were very comfortable. I recommend this hotel 1000* for anyone travelling to Zanzibar

What an amazing place to stay! Fantastic Location to be in! A breath-taking panorama of the sea and the beach can be seen from the hotel. The location is stunning, the interior design is exquisite, and the food is of the finest quality. I, myself, had the sensation of being a princess when I was in this magnificent palace, and I did not wish to leave. The Spa and massage area r has a magnificent view of the ocean. What a wonderful adventure that was. I have nothing but praise for this establishment, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you to (Raffael-Owner ) for great hospitality.

a very big thank you to the Horizon Sultan Palace hotel for the very warm welcome, the staff is very friendly and offers a high level of service (Marta, Mohamed, Loukas, severini, sawsisco…..) special thanks to Charida who was caring and who wanted to make sure that we were satisfied, now the icing on the cake the great and unique Phillipe is the strong point, elegance and sympathy in person. and all that is like the hotel manager Mr Luigi an exceptional charismatic man an example of leadership! Es war einer der besten Urlaube von uns- wir kommen gerne wieder!!! Ruhe, Entspannung, der beste Strand. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend- selten so erlebt. Großzügige Suiten. Nachteil kein TV- welchen wir aber überhaupt nicht vermisst haben. Das Management hat das Haus sehr gut im Griff. Der Gast steht stets im Mittelpunkt und wird buchstäblich verwöhnt. Einfach nur toll wenn man Ruhe, Luxus und kein Trubel wie in typischen Resorts sucht.

Emplacement et chambre 5 étoiles, avec un personnel souriant mais le service ne suit pas - manques basiques, oublis multiples, wifi très irrégulier, petit-déjeuner pas au niveau, restauration manquant de variété. Beaucoup de travail!

Cet hôtel est un paradis de gentillesse de calme et de bon goût. Les jardins sont très beaux. Les chambres très spacieuses. Le service exceptionnel. Le restaurant délicieux. La plage est superbe. Bref : un endroit à l’opposé du « all inclusive/aquagym/buffet ». Si c’est le calme et la beauté et le sourire que vous recherchez vous êtes au bon endroit. Nous rêvons déjà d’y retourner bientôt !
