We just spent 8 days in Zanzibar. After our initial 2 days at the North of the island, we moved to Sultan Palace for 6 days. We must admit WOW factors from beginning. The reception staff, all the restaurant staff, the housekeeping and Gardners, the beach staff and last but not least Hotel manager Mr Pradeep Kumar and his wife all deserved to be praised. The location of the hotel is excellent- so tranquil, peaceful and natural. We used to see friendly monkeys everyday. Although the accommodation was advertised as deluxe suite, it was actually villas. We loved it so much that we were comparing these villas in private islands in Maldives we previously stayed. On our last night, the staff celebrated my birthday with local song. We just can't praise the staff enough for the hard work they are doing to have a wonderful peaceful holiday for the guests. Well done to the management for the hard work. Best wishes

Amazing place to stay ! great private beach , the ambience is breathtaking . The stay , food and service was excellent . The beach side restaurant served amazing cocktails and mocktails. The buffet breakfast was lip-smacking and the team did an excellent service. The rooms were spacious and well maintained . Looking forward to staying again!

Everything was outstanding with fabulous services, staff are very greatest and dedicated while they are working, wonderfully place for memorable and holiday, never faculty this place we really received super standard service, We will back in this piece of paradise we really miss the views from the pool look the blue, food is very superb

It an amazing hotel, I felt like a queen the decorations in the hotel and design resembles the really palace of Sultans in Zanzibar. The staffs are really nice and friendly. The chef is excellent I had the best meal one that you can not find the whole of Zanzibar.... Spa area fit for relaxation. The rooms were very comfortable. I recommend this hotel 1000* for anyone travelling to Zanzibar

What an amazing place to stay! Fantastic Location to be in! A breath-taking panorama of the sea and the beach can be seen from the hotel. The location is stunning, the interior design is exquisite, and the food is of the finest quality. I, myself, had the sensation of being a princess when I was in this magnificent palace, and I did not wish to leave. The Spa and massage area r has a magnificent view of the ocean. What a wonderful adventure that was. I have nothing but praise for this establishment, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you to (Raffael-Owner ) for great hospitality.

Room: We had a suite for 5 people. It had three beds. At the entrance, there was a single bed, separated by a curtain, and two double beds. The beds were very comfortable and had mosquito nets. The bathroom was huge, with two sinks, two shower heads over a shared tub, and a separate toilet. The terrace was spacious and had loungers and chairs, and a wonderful view of the sea. Food: The staff made a huge effort to fulfill every wish. The food was good. Sometimes it takes a little while to be delivered, but it's always freshly prepared. Staff: Very attentive and extremely friendly. Entertainment: We were there during the rainy season and were the only guests besides two other guests. The hotel was therefore extremely quiet. I missed a ping-pong or pool table. A small weight room would have been nice too. Diving: Be careful! There is no diving school affiliated with the hotel. We dived with Bluewaves, who picked us up from the hotel. The dive sites were okay, but not amazing. Negative: While it's great that you get a 5-liter water bottle per person in your room every day, plus the same with dinner, the empty PET bottles pile up. It's better to provide 1-liter bottles.
