訂的是棋牌大床房，最後沒有棋牌室，“大床”也是兩個小床上架了一個大床墊。預訂界面是有棋牌室圖片的，顯示房間面積有40平米。實際入住什麼也沒有，房間小的可憐。
房間是給長者回鄉過年住的，兩個長者住了幾天後我才親眼看到了房間。就打電話問為什麼房間與預訂界面照片相差甚遠，小姑娘説訂單下了就和實際入住人確認過了，棋牌室在另外的樓層可以去用。其他概不解釋也無法解釋，面積小了就是小了，虛假宣傳就是虛假宣傳。欺負年紀大的算怎麼回事！

房間有冰箱呦，樓上也有洗衣機烘乾機，房間很乾凈很温馨，房間鋪的地毯，很有格局，交通也很便利，離火車站幾分鐘路程，叫車也很房間，酒店門口就有車，打掃，前台辦理入住很快，早餐在一樓有明顯的指示牌，菜品也豐富，有當地特色魚湯麪，一次很愉快的體驗。

衞生乾淨，服務熱情，客房服務反饋很快，基本是有求必應，衞生間門膠條老化，需要更換，開關門嘎達響很吵，早餐品類很少，口味一般。前台服務很貼心，值得一讚。在縣級城市裡麪做到這樣已經很不錯了！
