別墅很大，衞生做的很好，各種設施也齊全，距離東山島景區很近。

房間非常很大，位置不算靠近熱鬧的南門灣，但是也不偏而且距離鏡面海灘也很近，到南門灣和西埔租個電動車，騎車就可以，老闆人超級好，兩個大人一個小朋友，還多給了個枕頭和毛毯。需要的東西馬上就送來，人沒在就給掛門口。很贊～老闆還給了超級詳細的旅行攻略，跟着走就行。社恐星人可沖，基本微信溝通，全程沒見到老闆的麪😂😂

從廈門回廣州想途中多找一個景點玩，東山島真的挺不錯，房子是新樓盤，房間環境很新，樓下就有租電動車的，我們騎車環島一直玩，離海邊也不遠，騎車3-5分鐘，最喜歡的就是有廚房煮飯，去市場十多分鐘可以自己簡單煮一頓海鮮大餐

帶兩老兩小旅遊，有兩個衞生間，特方便。景點攻略精準，設施較新，衞生間大。離幾個景點自駕方便，小區有小電動車租，非常方便。

民宿在小區裏面，裝修比較新，但是裏面保潔不到位，灰塵比較多，另外連住兩晚，是沒有阿姨搞衞生的。
