The hotel don't provide robot delivery service if you didn't buy from the hotel directly. Need to go down the carpark lobby and pick it up by ourself.

The hotel is very close to the highway. The navigation indicated it was only 5 minutes away. The first room we checked into was filled with a constant humming air conditioner vent and wouldn't heat. We had no choice but to move to another room because it smelled like urine. We asked the housekeeping staff to mop the room again and put some air freshener. We went out and came back in the middle of the night, but the smell was still urine and moldy. However, it was too late so we didn't ask the hotel to clean it up. We woke up in the morning to the smell of urine and saw mold on the wall next to the bed. It was a unique memory of this trip.

There were mosquitoes everywhere, and I couldn't sleep at 2 a.m. because I was bitten. The quilt was a little damp, and it felt like it hadn't been changed. It really didn't match the price. The shower was also quite dirty and had yellow spots. I felt like this hotel was a one-time deal, and there would be no next time.
