別墅區，體驗住別墅的感覺！距離馬鑾灣非常近，前面直走幾十米，不到100米就到了。 交通也很方便，老闆娘店家也很好説話。我們下午到的，如果直接租一台電動車就要80。然後他跟我們説做門口有共享電動車更划算，畢竟租車是按天算的😄。按理來説是12點退房，但是我們為了趕明天回去上班就沒多住，跟老闆娘説，老闆很好，給我們延到了下午2:00。回到來2:20多了看，我們渾身大汗，跟他説一下，還可去再沖個澡。

酒店位置地處別墅區，離海灘還算近，但是硬件真的太差了，各種破損和故障。門要麼打不開，要麼關不上，洗澡水熱水過燙，差點燙傷孩子。衞生狀況也是差強人意。硬件條件和價格懸殊過大了。不推薦。

門鎖是壞的，半夜一點被門鎖滴滴滴的聲音吵醒，打了前台電話沒人接，投訴到攜程才有人處理，最後半夜兩點還要自己收拾行李換房間😯🙃空調不冷！床非常硬！燈壞了兩個，沒有大燈！😤電吹風非常迷你，頭髮都吹不幹！🥵本來就是衝著花築的品牌選了這家店，嚴重懷疑是假的，民宿真的越來越差，以後不會再選這種民宿。

酒店很寬敞乾淨，很舒服，陽台晚上可以坐着吹吹風，唯一不足就是空調運行的時候有點較大的噪音，影響睡眠

一個人洗完澡就沒有熱水了，一次性拖鞋就是一層紙做的，差點摔跤🤼♂️。還要500多一晚。晚上公共區域有人打麻將。整個房間是蠻大，但是沒啥內在。床也很小，被子很悶，沒熱水最不能忍受，還有衞生間一股尿味。強烈不推薦。壞了花築的招牌
