前台服務態度很好，很親切，我們訂的雙床房，進去後感覺有點煙味，前台小姐姐馬上幫我們安排換房間，工作效率也非常好，還提前幫我們進房間檢查通風，是一次愉快的入住體驗。酒店房間裝修也很好，衞生乾淨，二樓早餐的地方很漂亮，自駕還有室內停車場，還會再入住。

1.賓至如歸的體驗！從入住到離店，服務人員都非常友好，主動幫忙解決問題。房間隔音效果好，睡眠質量超高，像回到家一樣舒適！
2.細節滿分，酒店設計很有格調，洗漱用品優質，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭特別舒適！WiFi速度快，連小細節都做得很到位，非常滿意！
3.早餐豐富，服務周到！
早餐種類多樣，味道很棒，還有本地特色小吃。服務員態度親切，讓人一天都心情愉悦！

服務態度真的很好，有問題馬上就解決了！問問題都是不厭其煩的回答，前台的小哥哥小姐姐太給酒店加分了！！！！！酒店太美了，隨手一拍都很出片，早餐很好吃，房間很大很整潔，床鋪、枕頭很舒服，老闆很大方，每瓶房間都放了4瓶水，提供兩種不同的枕頭很舒服！下次來東山一定會再來住這家酒店的。這個酒店必須好評！

一般情況下我是不做任何評價的，除非店家要求做評價，但是這家店絕對絕對是我惦記着評價的一家酒店，因為入住這家酒店之前是訂了別的名宿，然後要求店家發圖片，看了圖片後果斷申請退款。再訂的這家酒店，所以這次評價是發自最內心的評價，絕對不是託，這家酒店不管是服務、環境、衞生、停車都非常方便，而且早餐也非常贊，真心推薦來東山島旅遊的小姐妹

新開的店，環境很不錯，店員也都很好講話。
中間有些小插曲，也許是新的原因吧，好在店員都很用心幫忙解決問題，不得不讚的是那位瘦瘦的戴眼鏡的帥哥，一直忙前忙後。

酒店很新，服務很好，前台，大堂，客房服務都很親切，以酒店為中心還輻射了很多方便遊客的服務，雖然沒住在海邊附近 ，但是酒店都為遊客考慮到了 ，我們出去玩，來回預約車子都很方便。因為服務很好又續住了一天，棒棒噠，繼續保持，生意興隆。

和朋友一起來東山島玩，訂了兩間親子房，孩子很喜歡，老闆還給親子房放了套圈圈的玩具，孩子們玩得很高興。
餐廳整潔，西瓜很好吃，餐廳居然還有小螃蟹的餐具，看得出老闆很用心。下次帶孩子出行還會選這家酒店

看的出有在用心經營，酒店好漂亮，大堂漂亮，餐廳也漂亮！大廳放了零食，剛好下車的時候特別餓，太暖心了。隔天早上一早店長還送了早餐。服務態度很好，挺人性化的酒店。重點是：房間氛圍很好，整體乾淨簡約，床鋪睡起來舒適 體驗感槓槓滴，還會再來的！
