The room is clean and tidy, very close to the sea. Other attractions can also be reached by electric bike. The most important thing is that there is a balcony and you can see the sea

The B&B is different from the pictures on the Internet. The room has been renovated for a long time. The toilet is leaking. I stayed on the top floor, 26, and the view was good.

個人不推薦，如果其他同價位的話，就篩選其他酒店吧。我們是國慶節過來的，2張1.5米的床價格400多一晚，這個標準平時也就100多元的標準。從進入電梯廳就陰森森的，燈光也很灰暗，一進來就有那種久了沒居住的發黴味，設施也比較老舊了，床單也很差，老闆該換新的了。沒有宣傳圖看起來那麼新。唯一的優點就是離海近。

陽台很大，房子很舊，設備也很舊，所謂的正海景我覺得是側海景，整個小區都很舊，樓下阿姨很認真的把路上的垃圾和樹葉掃進綠化帶
這家已經是離海灘很近的小區了，但還是很遠，最少要走10分鐘才能到，路上電單車很多，人多路窄，甚至連海灘也不想下去了
樓下離海邊還有一大片爛泥地，影響景觀

房東人很好，去之前溝通了很久，房間很乾凈整潔，還是高層，可以一眼看到海，房間挺大的，出來就有小電車租，還有就是一定要看天氣，到金鑾灣沙灘看日出，小區環境也很好，很大，門口就有電動車租，推薦去！

老闆人很好很有耐心，房間也很漂亮可以看到海，海景也很好，去海邊很近幾分鐘就到了，沙灘很大很沙子細膩。周邊路也很寬讓人感覺很舒適。

同時定了兩間房，床沒有靠背的，一點都不舒服，洗澡也沒有熱水，都是冷的。重點是電梯衹有一處是好的在運行，其他的都是壞的，工作人員説壞的那幾個電梯得等三年後有國補才換新的。看來後面的遊客也要受罪了。排隊等電梯排到懷疑人生，蚊子也多的離譜。整體的體驗感特別差。

房間陽台比較大可以看到海景，設施齊全，一次性用品也都有。提個建議就是房間里加個衣服掛鈎吧，不然就一張桌子一張椅子，放衣服太不方便了，還有建議洗澡的地方加個掛簾，不然水會濺得廁所都濕了
