The B&B is located halfway up the mountain. You need to walk up a flight of stairs. The customer service will help you take your luggage. Parking is not easy, but the customer service will actively adjust. The service is still very good. The view of the room is also very good. The space is quite large, with simple furnishings and no excessive decorations. It makes people relax. There are many rooftop courtyards for rest.

The sea in Dongshan is really blue and very clean. The turntable on the upper floor of the hotel is the best choice for viewing the sea and is very suitable for checking in and taking photos. I chose a room with a sea view. It was very clean. As someone who travels frequently on business, I am very satisfied with the cleanliness of the B&B. It is close to the Fengdongshi Scenic Area on the wooden boardwalk. I recommend the small beach in the scenic area, which is very clean and suitable for bringing children. The cruise terminal is at the doorstep and you can experience it if you have time. The front desk was very welcoming.

I didn't pay attention and booked a family room. The boss saw that we were a couple, so he considerately adjusted it to a sunrise sea view room. The room was very fresh and simple, very clean, with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The view of the pier was superb. We could watch the sunrise from the boss's room in the morning. Unfortunately, it was cloudy the next morning, which was a bit disappointing. We were satisfied with the room environment, but we had to walk up fifty or sixty steps, which was a bit tiring. The boss had informed us, so we had anticipated that. The red brick and stone steps along the way were quite characteristic of southern Fujian. The service is very good, the visual environment is good, the bathroom products are also very good, the parking is also convenient, it is quite close to Nanmen Bay, and the electric donkey can arrive in a few minutes. The room is also quiet and the sound insulation is pretty good.

這家民宿真的刷新了我對“差”的認知下限。先説一次性拖鞋，説是一次性，實際是循環用了不知多少次的舊鞋，邊緣都磨破了，穿着膈腳又膈應；洗漱用水更是離譜，明顯不是自來水，一股濃重的海腥味，刷牙洗臉都覺得嗆人，而且水流細得像細線，洗澡能急出一身汗；最基本的免費礦泉水也摳門得很，就給兩瓶，多一瓶都沒有，住久了還得自己扛水，太敗好感了。真心不推薦，誰來誰後悔。

懷着期待入住600+的"海景民宿"實際體驗卻令人失望。客觀反饋幾點問題，希望商家重視改進：1.衞生狀況堪憂：-淋浴房牆角堆積成團毛髮，地漏明顯未清潔-落地窗佈滿混合水漬油污的斑痕（嚴重影響海景拍攝效果）-提供的"一次性拖鞋"實為反覆使用的舊鞋（鞋底破損/沾有灰塵，更換後仍是同樣情況）2.配套服務縮水：-免費飲用水限量2瓶（超出需額外付費）-房間位於山坡需攀爬60+台階（雖事先告知但體驗欠佳）特別説明：工作人員服務態度良好，主動協助搬運行李值得肯定。但作為定價600+的"海景房"基礎衞生都難以保障，所謂"一次性用品"竟有明顯使用痕跡，這種性價比實在難以接受。建議商家至少做到：①嚴格保潔驗收②更換合規耗材③完善配套設施。希望後續住客能有更好體驗。
