環境可以，兩邊都有景，小區有點荒廢了，很可惜，帶長者小孩入住的要注意：床的設計是高出一個小台階的。我白天一直提醒孩子跑的時候要小心，凌晨想看日出，自己就忘了，踩空，地板也滑，摔了一跤，把手和脖子都扭傷了，現在還沒好😭，也沒看到日出🌅😭，不知道是陰天的原因，還是窗户不是朝正東的原因

第一次住這麼差的公寓/酒店！想不到還有這麼可怕的酒店！我實在惶恐！
平台上店家推介的圖片，是照騙，差天差地！沒報多大期待，但是還是差得難以置信。這個房間，唯一的優點是：有個空間可以睡覺，不用露宿街頭。
進入樓下大堂，就覺得不對勁，裝修的看起來氣派，是沒有人氣的荒涼。
打開房門，房間非常大！床是矮的，顯得非常空曠，像是剛搬走一樣。設計是美式復古，整個環境看起來很陳舊荒涼。看着好像很大氣，實際是説不出來的“難以接受”，有點陰森！！！就是沒落的那種陰森！！！連照片都不想拍，不想手機記錄過這些**量的痕跡！我動都不敢動，要不是跟男朋友出門，自己一個人是絕對不敢住！
因為環境和衞生問題，加上能量場，在裏面，坐都不想坐。熬到困了，去洗澡，洗到一半是冷水！微信跟店家反饋，説是忘了跟我説，一個人洗澡要隔一會才可以洗！因為她的“忘記”，我在10度左右，外面吹着強烈海風的情況下，洗了個“冷水澡”！
還有洗澡間，上一位客人洗澡留下的垃圾，這麼明顯，竟然沒有清理掉！兩個漱口杯都是鋪滿水漬，還帶點牙膏！配的一大一小毛巾，直接放在廚房洗碗池的桌面。根據觀察，大概衹是換了床單！
這也是大問題，那也是大問題，你叫我怎樣理解？都是在做無效的補救！！本來不想評論，直接算了的，但是，真的差到我印象深刻！
另外，東山島很多這種類型的住宿，基本上沒人理，隨便打掃一下，就租住了！衞生是個問題，氛圍更是！我實在有點驚訝！哈哈哈！

周圍環境一點嚇人，黑漆漆的，酒店乾淨，床硬，衞生間的淋浴和龍頭切換處是壞的，就很無語，這個創意性圓桌誰懂啊，但凡壓左邊翹右邊的，吃飯很操心，這個鞦韆，上面已經鬆動了，看着比較危險，不敢讓孩子多玩
