來東山的常駐酒店，始終乾淨衞生，整潔安靜，前台服務專業有素質，地段好靠近主城區，房間有股清香，被套乾淨整潔。

地理位置不錯 樓下有夜市，但是樓下也是ktv，下面唱歌 房間裏能聽到，隔音很差，對門幹啥都能聽到。整體很舊很臟，毛巾都發黑，淋雨設備壞的，衹能手持噴淋，空調像轟炸機，睡覺開着根本無法入睡，關了賊冷。床是真的硬，被套有股淡淡的煙味。。。服務還是很熱情的，建議老闆好好經營整頓一下設備，不然再好的位置也沒有回頭客。

酒店在中心城區主街，夜晚樓下就是夜市，想吃什麼都有，非常方便。入住手續很簡單，同行人不需要身份證。樓道的地毯又臟又舊，有點可怕。房間寬敞，空調給力。不過一進門有濃烈的煙味，打開空調煙味噴發出來，房間牆面壁紙吸滿了二手煙。桌子和茶几上用紙巾擦過，幾乎沒有灰，衞生間設施有些壞了，不過水温很高，不影響沖個舒服澡。床有點硬，不過睡兩個人的話，翻身不會影響另一個人，歪打正着，適合腰不好的人。服務還可以，一個枕頭太扁了，又要了一個，很快送來。早餐質量一般，不喜歡的可以樓下吃，很方便。房間臨街，怕吵的慎重，一夜都有車經過。沙發的面料有些可怕，該洗洗了。驚喜的是早上打開窗子的風景很好。

的，價格這麼便宜優惠沒想到房間這麼好 床也很舒服，

心態好的，能接受一晚上停10幾次電的就去吧，一個晚上沒睡好，一晚上停10次電，要求換房也沒給換，反饋問題也沒得到解決

有朋自遠方來，提前半個月定了10.3-10.4一晚三個房間，國慶期間漲價到三四百，因為位置在比較熱鬧的地段，又有早餐，想着應該不會差 ，結果過去電梯搖搖欲墜，臟亂差， 酒店房間也很老舊！！， 朋友體驗很差特地來評價， 現在一百多了，但是還是勸各種慎重！
