房東人很好，出門就有電動車出租，走路去海邊幾分鐘很方便，衞生做的很乾凈，設施一應俱全，做的很舒服海景也很美，位置去哪裡都很方便，還有巨詳細的旅遊攻略，美好的旅行因為好的住宿心情更美麗拉

房間步行5分鐘就到海邊很方便，早起看日出絕絕子.房東小姐姐服務很貼心 吃的呀 玩的都一一詳細的介紹了一遍 根本就不用自己網上找攻略省了很多時間.房間佈置很漂亮 衞生乾淨.洗漱用品都是一次性的很不錯房間設施也很完善應有盡有， 入住體驗特別棒 .下次來還住她家.

1.提前預訂兩間房，並主動聯繫店家，但店家未提前告知酒店房間位置，再次聯繫，才被動告知房間位置，導致找錯地方
2.下午兩點入住後，房間沒打掃；
3.房間衞生狀況差，床內有顆粒物，好評是刷出來的吧……

首先管家婆確實不錯，挺友好的，還送小朋友煙花過年期間，但是估計是阿姨搞衞生太多了太累了衞生方面有待提高，水沒有生活用品也少這少那的，監督不到位。其次我提前差不多一個月預訂訂層但沒住到，房間和圖片相差有點大，雖然管家婆解釋説因為我提前到了所以安排了高層的，但始終心裏還是稍微有點不舒服，因為我去哪裡都是提前訂好然後要求房型的，沒住到預想中的房型感覺一般，其他還好吃早餐有點麻煩沒地方吃衞生確實有待提高監督也不到位，熱情介紹攻略還不錯，總之十分給7.5分吧

房間就在金鑾灣，海景很好有個大陽台，房東熱情好客，服務真的很棒，有詳細的旅遊攻略贈送，給我們少走了很多彎路，房間很大，基本一應俱全，很滿意，住了2個晚上床品很舒服

好幾個海景大陽台，陽台對面就是金鑾灣，大客廳大廚房，三張大床，乾淨整潔，有種到家了的感覺。廚房用具一應俱全，一家人圍坐在陽台上吃着自己做的飯菜，看着大海，心曠神怡。老闆服務熱情周到，提供的攻略非常實在，裏面的導航非常全面精準，基本就是下車即到，東山島值得去景點都在其中。

房間一進去感覺非常温馨漂亮，環境也是乾淨整潔。值得一提的是除了牙刷肥皂是一次性的，就連浴巾、毛巾、馬桶坐墊都是一次性的，就讓我們感覺很舒適。房間面積也比較大，床也是軟硬適中。在房間裏就可以看到海邊，日出和日落。陽台還有漂亮的小秋千非常適合拍照。
然後我要誇誇房東小姐姐，人美心善，聲音甜。來的第一天給我發了非常詳細的攻略，怕我們看不懂還細心給我們講解。而且告訴我們有什麼需要可以隨時打擾，就讓我們感覺非常親切。下次再來一定還訂這裏。

網上看到評論不錯，過來房東小姐姐很温柔服務太好啦！房間沒得説，小姐姐安排的房間好看很喜歡，光線好，還給升級了一套海景更好的房間，晚上聽着海浪愜意極了，房間挺乾淨，毛巾浴巾都是一次性，房間很大，一應俱全阿，還給發了詳細的旅遊攻略特別的貼心，離金鑾灣鏡面沙灘很近，早上很日出首選，值得再來的海景公寓
