這家..真的是很想很想給5分.. 千條萬選的啊.. 位置好.. 樓下就是大排檔（價格合理） 便利店可以租車.. 小區環境尚可 所見即所得.. 與圖片相符 乾濕分離 乾淨衞生 房間算比較大 有非封閉的陽台 可以吹風 床品一次性的..雖然不是很舒適 但是乾淨衞生 啥都有 空氣好風景好.. 客服態度也好.. 但就是樓上 該死的裝修 7點多開始鑿牆 一直到下午5點多 早上不用睡 中午不用休息 第二天週末繼續如此 真的是炸了 其實不是房東的鍋 但確實很影響體驗 同樓層和其他樓層過來旅行的朋友也在吐槽 真的是無語 建議近期還是先詢問是否還繼續裝修 過了這段時間 還是很推薦這家的 非常滿意很清楚的房間

在金鑾灣附近 自駕遊很方便 小區房一樣的感覺 樓層很高 景色還不錯 去哪個景點都挺近 房東很好 一開始導航錯了 馬上處理 然後就是可以帶寵物 很棒 樓下遛狗很安靜很方便 自己可以偷偷出去玩 在樓下淺溜。住了兩天 除了洗衣機不能用 比較可惜 那個進水管沒接上。不過自己洗了然後用了脱幹功能還不錯。基本設施都有 很大 帶寵物不會覺得壓抑。小區門口外面就可以免費停車🅿️ 退房時房東也不會催 非常棒 多呆了一會兒 房東很好説話的 很滿意 如果再去東山島 還會選擇住金鑾灣
