酒店位置不錯，離不夜城2.5公里，房間就是簡單的三室一廳一衞民房，簡單的傢俱，這些都沒什麼，關鍵是沒有熱水，涼水也是像根筷子似的小水流，水壓特別小，沒法洗漱更別提洗衣服了，全家五口排隊用茶水壺燒熱水洗臉刷牙！採暖是用的空調，但是空調製暖噪音巨大，晚上沒法入睡，全家第二天都病了，真是無語，冬季要是達不到開旅館的條件就不要開好不好？

跟着導航很好找，導航走到頭，跟商家聯繫。一樓店面，二樓住人。
兩個房間，都是大床。有空調，熱水器。客廳比較大，陽台可以曬衣服。廚房我們不需要做飯，所以沒用。
隔着馬路有一家飯店賣早餐，買了雞蛋，餅，粥。路上正巧遇到叫賣油條的大叔。
超市也很近，但是飯店老闆説七點才開門，我起的太早了，所以沒去。

居民樓裏的大兩室一廳，房間挺大，兩個大床，一家人住挺適合的。離大宋不夜城不遠。服務挺好，早早打電話聯繫説提前給開空調取暖，房間沒水了老闆親自扛了桶裝水過來

這家應該主要針對來不夜城的家庭遊客，一家六口一下的能住開，條件如圖。熱水器是即熱型的，洗澡之前需要調整好温度。杯子是青蘋果的，插排是公牛的。消耗品還是自備比較好，距離一百多米外有個小超市，路口有早餐，對面是豆瓣樂園，孩子比較多，門口就是停車場，還是比較方便的

我是泰山區人！先不説房間和環境。我被東平這個地方圈粉了，那得老闆姓樸實，老實，祥和。吃飯，住宿，遊玩都是親民價。你去打聽個地方大爺手把手告訴你怎麼走，我沒有帶茶葉去的附近超市買也就60一斤，還是不錯的茶。關鍵讓我意想不到的是到了不夜城我倒車不小心碰到了一輛皮卡車把他山保險槓碰下來了。我下車和他商量都是來玩的。他就説沒事。你們去玩就行。謝謝東平人的熱情和大度。對了，最後，房間沒的説，我去了沒有當時找到老闆剛好回來帶我們去的，桶裝水沒有了還給換的新的。自己的房子，很安靜，也很乾凈。套房這個價格很合適了，我月底一定一定一定還去。東平這個地方太好了。

蠻好的，性價比極高，個人覺得比賓館好，適合家庭親子居住，乾淨衞生，寬敞明亮，又有家的温馨，陽台外的景色也很美，晚上窗外的夜景很漂亮，（忘了拍客廳了）意外之喜竟然有5張床，住了7個人一點也不擠，老闆也很好，熱情周到，唯一的遺憾就是當天廁所裏的浴霸開關有點毛病，接觸不良，老闆給修好後不久就又開不了，沒再麻煩他，退房時老闆表示後儘快修好，不會影響下一個訪客使用
