Xian Hotel

The room I booked in advance on Ctrip had a different price each day. When I arrived, it was much cheaper than what I booked. The boss said it was a system error and he couldn't refund the money. But I've been back for several days and the price hasn't been changed. I'm speechless! The hotel is newly built. The facilities are relatively new. It just has a bit of smell. The hygiene is OK. There is garbage between the beds that has not been cleaned up. Because it is the off-season, the restaurant did not cook. I went to eat and there was nothing. The aunt in the restaurant gave me a plate of dumplings and a bowl of milk powder. The dumplings tasted good.

The hotel is very new and the facilities are very good. It is possible that they did not estimate the capacity to receive guests at one time before the trial operation, and the equipment was not debugged at full capacity, resulting in insufficient staff. We checked in at 2:30 but entered the room at 5:00. Moreover, the next morning, the shower gel had run out of water, which caused chaos. The front desk did not answer the phone and there was no emergency measures when we went to look for them. They just said sorry, which is really wrong. Moreover, when faced with questioning, the front desk clerk became annoyed and said that she couldn't communicate with her and asked to contact her leader. In the end, it was the store manager who came forward to resolve the issue, and the store manager handled it relatively promptly. The first experience was not good.

賓館設施不錯！有百度智能語音控制！智能馬桶，自帶直飲機！還能定製水温和出水量，操作可通過一個彩屏顯示面板完成，給人留下深刻印象！洗澡水壓大，可以很舒服的洗澡！唯一遺憾的是位置較為偏僻！不過好在離景區較近！

位置聽説偏僻，但你來東平湖遊玩，夜遊宋城這就是最好的酒店了。環境衞生都很好，服務設施很齊全，早餐也算豐富。大家來玩的首選👍👍👍

酒店是新裝修的，位置有點偏，內部設施很新，管理方面不盡人意，新入住衞生間門後有煙頭，衞生紙也沒有，和前台要説是給送過去，到走也沒收到，早上六點多出門，前台連個人都沒有。
