"A stop over hotel near KK airport
We arrived KK airport around 9pm so travel to hotel by grab cost around RM8
Hotel did include standard breakfast -Nasi Lemak , Bihun, Porridge, and some bread.
If you need a short night stay nearby airport, it can be a choice."

"The room's overall layout was decent. However, the bed frame felt quite flimsy, and both the blankets and towels were old with a noticeable odor. Hot water for showers was limited, likely from a small water heater, so a second person would need to wait for it to reheat. It's a passable option if you just need a quick overnight stay, especially after a red-eye flight."

"Had a comfortable stay! The room was clean, staff were friendly, and location was convenient. Check-in/check-out was smooth, and amenities met expectations. Great value for the price. "Semua okay cuma my room supposed to have a futon bed in it but there’s no futon bed in the living room and when i ask the owner about the futon bed they just bluetick my chat,hopefully they improve your customer service."

LLimThe only reason I stayed here was because of it location near to the airport. Everything else is good in terms of experience except I was imposed with liability costing RM10 for soiling one piece of their towel. The soiling happened because I walked outside after the rain and my foot got into a mud spot. I came back to my room and I accidentally stepped on the towel. Bear in mind, I had to book their largest room meant for 4 pax because that was the only one available even though I stayed alone. Considering the occupancy is low for that large room, soiling one piece of towel does not justify a RM10 liability damage.

Ssiti fatimahnew hotel, furniture and overall facilities still in good conditions, and clean, hope keep it up... but the toilet floor is slippery, need to be carefull, risk of fall.. dangerous to elderly.
food still limited choices, no bread... usually bread are the basic food must have for hotel... so far my experienced, never encounter hotel no bread...
no mirror in bedroom... ladies cant accept room without mirror.. hihihi... very inconvenient to use mirror in bathroom...
room spacious for family, i booked room equipt with 1Q, 1S bed... one more thing..remote tv in chinese, cannot understand, no local tv channel (tv1,tv2.tv3, etc), netflix cannot open... no hotel subscription... become useless...

SStaycation Lover 87If you are looking for a budget family stay, this is the place. Next to ITCC mall where you can buy almost anything you need. Spacious, with wifi and netflix. Fridge and kitchen. My kids loved it. Not super clean though. Quite an old unit but for the price, it is more than what i expected. Recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at K Hotel! The price was very affordable, making it a great value for money. The location is perfect—easy access to food options, and it’s just a 15-minute drive to Kota Kinabalu city, which made exploring super convenient.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Initially, I booked for 5 days and 5 nights, but I loved the stay so much that I extended for another night!
While everything was great, I did notice that some appliances near the TV weren’t working, and the TV itself had a minor display issue with white lines. A little improvement in this area would make the experience even better.
Overall, I’m really happy with my stay and would definitely come back again! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly place to stay.

Chose the Games themed 2 bedroom place which had Mario wallpapers, pokemon and gameboy themed stuff. Very cool homestay.
This condo has a lot of other stuff like an indoor mini playroom, outdoor mini play area and the pool.
Pool has days where it's closed for whole day and half days, management will inform after check in.
Check in and out were very easy at the counter.
Every room, living area, dining area had air-conditioning and working hot water system. WiFi was fast via unifi.
This unit, 11-09 had views from the balcony. Managed to watch the beautiful sunrise.
There's a 99 speedmart and a 24/7 Orange mart downstairs as well as a kopitiam?
