We chose this hotel because it's near KK Airport and also, there's a good and affordable Vegan restaurant a few shops away on the groundfloor. Exiting the entrance, turn right and walk about 10m away. It's there. I forgot its name though. Hotel reception was efficient and friendly. The family room we booked was a pleasant surprise. It was actually two rooms and came with a king-sized bed in one room and a sofa bed in the other. The sofa bed, however, was a bit dated. The good thing about it was that the bathing area and toilet were separate. Packets of instant coffee and tea were available at the coffee corner with an electric kettle and cups. Bottles of mineral water were provided too. Overall, it was a good stay. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to stay near the Airport.

The room was a little dusty. Maybe bcs there are no people in there for an amount of time. Some of the towels also low quality because the lint falls off the floor and even sticks to the body. Got no sofa, only beanbag-like sofa provided. The small pillow need to be wash. Overall the room is good.

The location is very strategic as it is close to kk airport. Excellent service provided for the airport transfer which we used. We will be staying here again in December. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The only con is that it can be noisy because of the Pub nearby but still bearable. There is a mini mart and a few eating shops in the vicinity. Very convenient and friendly staff.

If you're on a budget and driving around Kota Kinabalu, then you can consider this hotel. Its quite far from the city and no facilities to offer. A good place to rest and discover shops here as there is quite a lot of restaurants once you walk out of the hotel. It also has Watson, karaoke pub, Chinese restaurant, Sin Kee Bak Kut Teh, Yees Yoghurt, Teppanya Cafe & Bar 333 and some others. The hotel is quite clean and room is spacious. The water pressure is strong which is something that I must have. A hotel I would recommend.
