第一次在攜程上訂酒店，真的很失望。酒店很狹小，就連行李箱都不能橫着打開，一些燈也打不開，空調也是擺設。這些也都算了，我最忍不了的是洗澡洗了沒有20分鐘，洗澡間的水竟然流的滿屋都是，我的行李，鞋子全濕了。叫了酒店裡的人過來之後，那個工作人員態度很不好，一直強調是我們洗澡太長導致的，不承認是下水道問題。然後説給我們升房，結果是從523升到623，*！原來升房是指的升樓層？！於是我們半夜11點，穿着濕鞋又十分狼狽的拖着行李上樓換房。但是TM房型還是一模一樣，一樣狹小，而且還有一股難聞的味道，連澡也不敢再洗了，害怕再水漫金山。除了出來酒店設備問題，更讓我生氣的是從事情發生到我們退房，酒店那邊一句道歉也沒有，任何補償也沒有，真的太失望了！

酒店店長態度極差人生第一次給差評我就問了一句能給升級房間嗎店長立馬擺臉色説升不了説給你們升過幾次了不知道嗎其一我在這家酒店住了一年每次都訂經濟房住經濟房衹有兩次來的早沒有房間一次是我自付費補的差價一次點了兩條好評我態度很好保持感謝我不知道你説這句話什麼意思其二不升級我可以理解你禮貌一點説我不會説一句或者説讓我補差價我也可以理解你擺着臉給我説升不了等着吧是什麼意思？？我是消費者我欠你錢嗎？身為一個店長不説禮貌用語還態度極其惡劣沒受過這樣的委屈無語😓

以前出差經常和同事住此家賓館，感覺以前還可以，這次入住真是不順心，辦理了入住才發現房間有異味，而且房間還是錐形房間，怎麼住都感覺不舒服，性價比真不高，12點前必須退房，第二天果斷退房，另選別家，以後堅決不在住該賓館，以後也不推薦朋友入住該家賓館，
