Dongming Shuiyi Kunpeng Hotel

Very satisfied, booked for a friend, visited late at night, and there is someone on duty 24 hours a day. The front desk lady Cui was very attentive. Seeing that my friend was drunk, she took the initiative to ask if he was still feeling uncomfortable and offered to give him honey water for hangover relief. It was very sweet, and she also used a wheelchair to help send him to the room. The housekeeping sister Du was also very enthusiastic. Clothes and shoes were vomited everywhere, and she took the initiative to ask if the dirty clothes needed to be washed. There is not only a washing machine, but also a free dryer and ironing machine. It was so troublesome for the two of them to help take care of my friend. I definitely give a five-star rating, otherwise I really don't know how I would have carried my friend upstairs to rest. Thank you so much to these two staff members. Just for this service attitude, I will recommend it to other friends to stay here next time. Not bad, not bad, really not bad! ! !

I initially thought it would just be a quick stopover, but it became a "recharge station" during my business trip. Qianqian, the front desk receptionist, was warm and attentive, and the check-in process was quick. The room was spacious and bright, with modern bathroom amenities, giving it a modern feel. The bed was comfortable, and I slept very well. The breakfast was also excellent, hearty and delicious. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

The hotel was beyond my expectations. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a classy hotel in Dongming County! The hotel was incredibly clean and tidy, with decor unlike anything you'd find in a four-star hotel in Shanghai. The service was excellent! On this visit, the front desk lady, Ms. Xian, greeted me warmly upon arrival. After checking in, she even carried my luggage all the way to my room. Ms. Zhai, the front desk lady, was also incredibly attentive and patient when checking my niece in. I'd like to express my gratitude! The housekeeping lady on the sixth floor was also fantastic. Within five minutes of arriving, she brought us welcome fruit and yogurt. Later, when she saw my son, she even brought him some cookies. It made me feel right at home. The breakfast was incredibly generous, with everything from stir-fried vegetables and noodles to wontons and pastries. It was the most comprehensive breakfast I've had at any Dongming hotel in recent years (bar none!). I especially got to taste the flavors of my childhood (authentic spicy hot and sour soup and noodles). The bed was large and comfortable, and the shower water was hot, flowing quickly, and the water flowed abundantly. Parking was convenient and the parking lot was large! Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Dongming on Ctrip (the hotel is reasonably priced and offers excellent value for money)!
