Dongguan Wanjiang Subdistrict 4-star Hotels

I have stayed here before in a river view room and thought the environment was okay. This time I wanted to take a lunch break and booked an hourly room. The room was so different. The room environment was so different from the lobby. After washing, the bed was hard when I lay down. It took more than ten minutes to apply. They told me that I would not be refunded for using slippers and towels, so forget it, but I won’t go there next time. I booked a reservation at the nearby St. Bailey’s for over 100 yuan, and the environment is much better.

I came to Dongguan for a business trip. My friend recommended this hotel. The environment, sanitation, and service are very good. It’s totally worth the money. It brings a sense of coolness in the hot summer. Especially the little girl at the front desk has a sweet smile, is very professional, and is very knowledgeable. Be patient, I will continue to choose here next time I come here for a business trip.

The room has a round arc floor-to-ceiling glass, and the floor height is better. The room hygiene is in place, the parent-child room is booked, and the child is very happy. The only bad place in the room is that the bathroom is a secret room, often a little taste, the air is not circulating. The customer service staff are very warm. The same type of parent-child hotel needs more than 1,000, and it is also equipped with children's toiletries and sent milk before going to bed. This price is worth it. The decoration is a little year, if it is new, it is definitely not this price. Still worth recommending.

The room is clean and big enough. Half of the walls in the room I live in are large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the city environment outside. It looks very nice when the city lights are on at night. The bedding is also very good. There are also the lobby manager and other staff, who will help you push your luggage. Someone will take you to the elevator. The front desk even helped me upgrade the room, which is very heartwarming. On the first floor, I saw a custom-made transparent acrylic box at the door of each room in the corridor, small wooden ornaments similar to agarwood, with an artistic atmosphere, I like it very much. The quality of the various toiletries in the room is also quite good, and it smells very good, especially the rich and diverse breakfast, good quality, and good environment. I just have a little comment. When we checked in yesterday afternoon, because my husband likes to make tea, a friend came to talk about things. There was not enough water in the room. I called the front desk and asked for 4 bottles. After 3 minutes, the room attendant Water was delivered, but when I opened the door, it didn't make me feel the politeness that big hotels still have. Instead, they looked at me with cold eyes and didn't say a word. I was frightened, so I told her quickly, Excuse me, we need tea, we don't have enough water, thank you. She replied blankly, you're welcome, turned around and left. I was wondering if she was too busy, and asking her to deliver water affected her to make the room. Then, can the hotel consider configuring robots to deliver some small items, so that the guests' experience will be better, and the room attendants will not be disappointed. Glad, many mid-sized hotels are now almost serviced by robots. Keep pace with the times!

Very good hotel environment and spacious. The facilities are great with big swimming pool and gym room. I got a free afternoon tea which is nice and you can feel like you are staying in foreign country for vacation. Location is easily accessible with lots of parking area. Recommended to couples or families stay. One things need to be improved will be the breakfast buffet (inclusive) is fair but not many variety. However, overall experience is excellent.

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Great location in Dongguan with one of the best pools in the city. The breakfast and hotel restaurant are decent quality as well.

This hotel is always neat. I really liked the bathtub because it was big, but the garden was a little poor. The staff are kind to you. The location of the hotel is really good.

We just checked out today. The service of the hotel is excellent. The staff are really good in particular Will, the receptionist who is so responsive and helpful to take care of our requests. As we would like to have three rooms on the same floor though he cannot fulfill us all but my friends’ rooms were upgraded and we are all happy with an enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Will!

The navigation to the hotel lobby is accurate. If you drive by car, you have to pass the lobby about 30 meters and turn right before entering the underground garage. There will be someone to guide you when parking. Check-in at the front desk was quick. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel environment is quiet. The breakfast is rich in variety, and the freshly ground coffee has a mellow and slightly sour taste.
