讓我很喜歡的地方：進去超寬敞，乾淨、色調簡單，讓人很放鬆。有電視（當然一般都有的），我和朋友小看了一會知否知否和海賊王哈哈。智能馬桶的馬桶邊是恆温的，每次上廁所坐着都很巴適！！空氣很正常，沒有什麼異味，對鼻子靈敏的我很友好！！窗簾也很智能，自動開關（感覺這個酒店主打一個現代化哈哈）。一晚上兩個人180，性價比比我住過的維也納酒店高太多了… 缺點：1、浴巾貌似有點棕色的痕跡，我不確定是不是剮蹭到什麼還是之前的客人樓下的痕跡。浴巾循環利用我是贊同的，大家都要有環保意識，但是僅限於私人的浴巾循環利用！我認為作為酒店，一次性的浴巾還是必要的，這與客人的健康和體驗感息息相關。2、浴室洗澡的地方雖然關門以後水不會從玻璃門的位置濺射出去，但是地上的水會流到外面，外面的位置，如p3，是要站着洗漱的。我穿了酒店的一次性拖鞋，不知道水流到外面的地上了，在洗漱的時候我的鞋子毫不意外地濕透了🤔希望酒店能改進吧！ 祝酒店生意興隆，也像大家強推這家店！

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Humen High-speed Railway Station. You can take a taxi directly to Shenzhen Bao'an Airport. The staff are friendly and the facilities in the room are complete. However, the equipment is older and the breakfast varieties are not Western-style.

The hotel seems to be built for luxury. The room decor and design is fancy. But seems like they don’t maintain it well so there are some damage here and there. They are tiny damage, not bothering me so much, for example some part of the floor is moving when you step on them, or there is a tiny bit watermark and mold on the carpet. They are not too bothering, just that it sets them apart with the bigger brands such as Hilton. Other than that, the room is big and comfy. The bed is not as soft as I would expect. The location is great, there is a tiny mall next door so food is easy to find. The hotel occupies the higher floor of the building. The lobby is on 10th floor. Amenities are there in the room, everything provided like if you would stay on Four Seasons.

What a beautiful Hotel and an fantastic location. The rooms are AMAZING! The service was truly amazing! Mr Garry (A world class front house member of the hotel was extremely helpful and professional in every way ) I highly recommend you ask for him just to say hello. The bath tub in my room was so beautiful, the views are breathtaking, the lay room of the rooms are glorious. The hotel is super large with 2 swimming pools and a super cool gym. Breakfast was delicious- for me served on the 41st Floor fit for a prince and princess. Overall experience - - true 5 star hotel with a 10 star experience. Thank you Regal hotel for making a British man happy.
