Best Pet friendly Hotels in Dongguan

Overall everything is so good, I guess that’s the best hotel / service apartment in Dong Guan. The staff in hotel are very nice and polite. Thanks the cleaning lady who help me to clean my room , she tidy up speedy and she have a very warm heart, . She found I am not feeling well during my visit. She gave me extra water and tell me to drink more water. Thanks for the lady in front desk 小謝，who being very considerate and polite. 🥰🥰👍👍

Perfect getaway from city life. The staff were friendly and the food options were good. There were fun activities set up for kids, in addition to that they have a trampoline park, kids pool, kids golf, kids arcade and an animal park. We had complimentary tickets to the Shenzhen resort but were not able to use them. The food options were good, and we could order from outside which was convenient because there was no convenient store in the resort. They have a Starbucks on-site I appreciated that a lot. Overall, I’d recommend this to my friends and given time we’d go again.

Good location near the shopping mall, however i was told only corner room is provided for my room type and the room is extremely small, so we have to add RMB 38 to upgrade to another room type. It’s suggested to tell in advance when booking. The facilities are relatively old especially the TV, limited function and all the contents will be charged. Overall the price is not reasonable.

The room was comfortable and big enough. The hotel staff is warm and positive, the restaurant serves late night and breakfast is also rich, parking is convenient, the mineral water placed at the elevator is very user-friendly, the room can be taken directly when you don't sleep enough, not like other hotels, looking for the front desk is not necessarily willing to give. When going to the self-service laundry room to wash, the waiter also took the initiative to help you wash it and dry it before sending it back, a proper five-star praise.

The front desk staff was very polite and asked if there were any needs. The cleaning was also very good. If there was a sign, they would clean the room. If there was no sign, they would not bother. I went to Dongguan for fun and booked this Aloft after searching for a long time. A four-star hotel. When I arrived, I found that it had the same entrance as the mall next door. The driveway was blocked by cars going to the mall to park, and no one came to manage it. After finally getting in, I found that the hotel did not have its own parking lot. The cars were parked at the door and in the driveway, and it was easily full. The concierge pointed to the back and said that he would not care about where you parked. I watched the car go in reverse, turned around, and parked on the side of the turn. The blind spot was very difficult to operate and no one reminded me. . . The front desk service was good, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. But the room was too old, and the walls were mottled. I was afraid that a piece of wall would fall off while I was sleeping. There was a peculiar smell from the corridor on the seventh floor. As soon as I entered the door, a large amount of peculiar smell came. . . The switch in the air-conditioning room was basically a decoration. No matter how I adjusted it, even turned it off, there would still be very cold wind blowing out, and it was so cold to sleep. . . Generally, I don’t comment unless I am very surprised or very disappointed. How did Aloft become like this? . .

The hotel equipped with washing machine and dryer which is convenient for guest that stays longer and need changed clothes. The room is decent, clean. Recommended for traveller who is looking for a convenient and home-like place to stay during the trip.
