This trip brought the family and children, and still chose the big brand Lavande. After checking in, the evaluation of the hotel is: five-star praise! The check-in time was relatively late, and the front desk service was still enthusiastic. I introduced the room type for my reference. The bed was very comfortable, and the lavender in the room smelled very good.

It is close to public park but there is not much thing over there. They have a good food but it is quickly runout because they have many customers, so you have to eat breakfast early. Inside the room is ok, it is not perfect but enough to stay for business trip. Unfortunately there is no body lotion to serve customer even winter time like today.

The Kande International Hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Dongguan. The hotel is located by a metro station. It had several shopping malls and restaurants located around it. The hotel staff is very welcoming. The room is spacious and well equipped with many things. The room is very clean and the smell of fresh aroma from their decorations. They offer lots of items for you to feel relaxed and right at home. The restaurants are delicious. Always happy to stay in the Kande International Hotel. Thank you again. See you next time.

I really like staying here, mostly for the price and location. I live in a kind of dead area with no bars or restaurants nearby about a 35-minute DiDi ride from here, so this puts me in the center of some much better dining and entertainment options on weekends and holidays. It’s only a block away from Naughty Frog Brew Pub (淘气的青蛙), which I think has the best hamburger on planet Earth, especially when paired with Michael’s Drunken Grandmaster IPA (10%abv). Simon’s Steaks, GratefulQ, Al Chile, and Pizzaria Calzone are also nearby and worthy of culinary exploration. I wish there was a small refrigerator in the rooms, though.

Like the hotel's environment, the lobby is decorated in a unique style, clean and tidy, the infrastructure is perfect, the beds are comfortable, and the feeling of being at home is oily. The room is clean and big enough. Half of the walls in the room I live in are large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the city environment outside. It looks very nice when the city lights are on at night. The bedding is also very good. There are also the lobby manager and other staff, who will help you push your luggage. Someone will take you to the elevator. The front desk even helped me upgrade the room, which is very heartwarming. On the first floor, I saw a custom-made transparent acrylic box at the door of each room in the corridor, small wooden ornaments similar to agarwood, with an artistic atmosphere, I like it very much. The quality of the various toiletries in the room is also quite good, and it smells very good, especially the rich and diverse breakfast, good quality, and good environment. I just have a little comment. When we checked in yesterday afternoon, because my husband likes to make tea, a friend came to talk about things. There was not enough water in the room. I called the front desk and asked for 4 bottles. After 3 minutes, the room attendant Water was delivered, but when I opened the door, it didn't make me feel the politeness that big hotels still have. Instead, they looked at me with cold eyes and didn't say a word. I was frightened, so I told her quickly, Excuse me, we need tea, we don't have enough water, thank you. She replied blankly, you're welcome, turned around and left. I was wondering if she was too busy, and asking her to deliver water affected her to make the room. Then, can the hotel consider configuring robots to deliver some small items, so that the guests' experience will be better, and the room attendants will not be disappointed. Glad, many mid-sized hotels are now almost serviced by robots. Keep pace with the times!

Before check-in, the hotel staff will measure the bedding suitable for your pillow height. The room arranged at the beginning had a bit of smoke smell. After the complaint, the hotel immediately changed the room. There is a shopping mall nearby which is very convenient. The bed is super large and comfortable. The hotel has been upgraded. I got a river view room and the scenery was pretty good in the morning. I will continue to choose this hotel next time I have the opportunity.
