Booked three rooms for New Year’s family reunion. Two of the room adjoining, third room across the hall from the two adjoining rooms. Hotel centrally located in the town center, easily accessible to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Breakfast was adequate with mostly Chinese cuisine.

Great hotel! Modern, clean and fresh! The staff was amazing even if we sometimes struggled to communicate. They were always accommodating and helpful. The Chinese breakfast buffet had a lot of tasty options and even offered fried eggs and toast. I really enjoyed the fried pork dumplings and fried noodles! We will visit again!

The receptionist at the hotel is polite and can speak Cantonese😄The room is clean and tidy, the window view is good, the chaise longue is very comfortable😃There are many restaurants and eateries at the street entrance👍

The hotel is beautiful and clean. There are so many beautiful spots to take pictures around the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner is good, I didn’t have lunch at the hotel. I enjoyed my stay at Royal garden hotel and I’ll definitely book again. 10/10

During the Spring Festival holiday, I took my children out to experience the newly opened Banyan Tree Hotel. I wanted to experience the newly opened villa area, so I booked a room to try it out. The day before check-in, I received a call from Yoyo, the guest team manager. The service attitude was very good and he prepared parking instructions for the hotel entrance and check-in tips for us. After asking about the number of guests, he also prepared children's supplies for us and ordered the rooms. Aromatherapy and air purifier arranged. After checking in, I found that the room still had a smell. Since it was a villa area that had just opened, the smell of a large number of wooden furniture and Muzhi artworks had not dissipated. I was panicking with two children, so I contacted the front desk to inquire about changing* *Yoyo, Yoyo immediately responded to our needs and solved the problem for us very quickly and efficiently. After showing me another room, I was still not satisfied, so they offered to help us change to a guest room on the floor area. Later, with the help of Alice, I successfully changed my room. The smell was gone and I felt much more at ease. Later, Yoyo informed me that there was a difference in price between villas and floor rooms, and suggested placing a new order for a room on the next floor and then contacting Ctrip customer service to cancel the original order. This is really very attentive to details. We will never let customers spend too much money and treat customers honestly. There are always some shortcomings in newly opened hotels, but your enthusiasm and sincerity completely dispelled them. I like your response speed and processing efficiency. It is really comfortable to take a hot bath when the weather is cold. Once the smell of the wooden furniture in the villa area has dissipated, it will be better to experience it next time.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Humen High-speed Railway Station. You can take a taxi directly to Shenzhen Bao'an Airport. The staff are friendly and the facilities in the room are complete. However, the equipment is older and the breakfast varieties are not Western-style.

What a beautiful Hotel and an fantastic location. The rooms are AMAZING! The service was truly amazing! Mr Garry (A world class front house member of the hotel was extremely helpful and professional in every way ) I highly recommend you ask for him just to say hello. The bath tub in my room was so beautiful, the views are breathtaking, the lay room of the rooms are glorious. The hotel is super large with 2 swimming pools and a super cool gym. Breakfast was delicious- for me served on the 41st Floor fit for a prince and princess. Overall experience - - true 5 star hotel with a 10 star experience. Thank you Regal hotel for making a British man happy.

The sanitation of the room is very good. I checked carefully and found that many areas that were difficult to clean were also cleaned and there were no problems. It is reassuring. The hardware is of good quality and the environment is new. However, the issue lies with the receptionist who lacks experience and is unaware of the hotel's offerings. When I requested a baby bed, the receptionist informed me that the hotel does not provide one, but it turned out that the room already had a baby bed. Additionally, I clearly indicated that I needed a non-smoking room, and the hotel confirmed via email that they had arranged one for us. Unfortunately, upon check-in, the room was in the smoking level (level 12) , which was quite disappointing. Despite the hotel having a considerable number of designated non-smoking areas, the staff failed to inquire about guests' smoking preferences. Consequently, many people were smoking in the non-smoking areas. While the hotel's hardware and facilities are impressive and new, the staff's lack of training and professionalism is evident. But the location is nearby the train station .

The lobby is very bright. I drew a shopping bag from the blind box when I checked in. The lady at the front desk was quick and checked in very quickly. She was also very enthusiastic and proactive. The room was quite quiet, and the bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom was separated from wet and dry, and the water temperature was also good. Very suitable, very good👍🏻, highly recommended
