房間廁所有尿液，跟他説，他直接叫服務員來看，服務員還説擦拭過，怎麼哥還能冤枉你，開始進去我不換房間是肚子不舒服，還有説把你們床單搞臟啦你們可以直接像平台反饋啊，住過很多酒店也沒有這樣反饋把他床單搞臟啦，如果怕臟就讓客人自備床單被套啊

第一次住就碰上洪水。早上10點多發現停電打電話給前台才知道進水，酒店沒有任何預警也沒有通知住客挪車。導致停車場有十幾輛車泡水。眼睜睜看着車泡水。有住客説早上起床買早餐發現情況不對就自行挪車了。酒店一點應對措施都沒有。沒有道歉不溝通，連房費都不能協商退。態度好像覺得我們在故意搞事。自然災害我們沒有要求酒店賠償車的維修費，連最起碼的道歉都沒有，就是氣憤，實在咽不下這口氣。酒店就一句話：我們沒收你停車費。今時今日這種態度也是沒誰了。攜程官方客服去溝通也無果，最後是平台給我道歉。這種管理真是活久見

設施：齊全完美
環境：在東坑來説已經是第一檔的酒店了
優點：按鍵式燈飾，房間夠大，水流也很大洗澡很舒服，唯一的缺點就是附近在施工
