The hotel's sanitation management is too poor. There was glass on the floor that was not cleaned. I called the front desk to send iodine, but it was delivered by a robot. From the time I was injured to the time I checked out, no staff at the hotel showed concern or understood the situation. Who would dare to stay in such a hotel?
