這個低分主要打給前台！第一次遇到這麼糟糕的連鎖酒店前台！漢庭作為全國聞名的連鎖酒店品牌之一，真沒想到會招這麼不專業且態度極差的前台服務人員！！！！為防誤傷，這裏特指11.24和11.25下午五點多 都扎馬尾 其中一位戴眼鏡 另一位記不清的前台女服務人員，具體情況如下:
首先我剛入住的時候 在我有定兩天早餐的情況下 辦入住是接待我的人員全程衹字未提早餐的情況 也絲毫不介紹酒店的早餐或是任何其他服務 全程服務態度極差 板著臉 像誰欠她錢一樣 以至於我完全忘了有定早餐這回事 全程感覺不舒服
其次，我第二天有緊急情況需要打印資料，我一下來，那兩位服務員就板著臉 用很難看的神情打量我 在我提出幫忙打印的請求後皺着個眉頭想半天 然後説 打印機沒墨了 真的是很滑稽的理由 我出差這麼多回 住過無數個連鎖酒店 第一次見到打印機沒墨的前台 那如果客户需要開報銷單請問貴司如何給人開單呢？為了防止冤枉他們 我特意試探性詢問 那複習可以嗎？沒想到那服務人員説 啊 我不會複印 不知道怎麼搞。所以具體是什麼情況，大家可以高下立判了
冷漠 自私 懶惰 這幾個詞很好地能在這幾位前台服務人員身上體現 最基本的微笑服務都做不到 幹什麼前台呢 服務行業不就是提供情緒價值嗎 更何況漢庭這麼大的品牌 怎麼會僱傭職業素養這麼差 服務態度這麼不專業的人作為前台 前台作為酒店的門面！代表的是酒店的整體形象！！
本來當時我是有需求續住的（想在打印後提出） 但因這幾位前台的態度 我不會再選擇這家漢庭了
最後是房間情況，看得出老化得很厲害，牆紙脱落，地板一塊高一塊低 有凹陷 打掃人員也很差勁 在我有迴應 房間明顯有人的情況下 刷卡開門想開門闖進我房間 真當酒店是她家了？？
綜上所述，該酒店服務人員素質低，專業素養差，懶惰 經常看到前台人員在閑聊或者玩手機 由此看出該酒店內部管理混亂 不建議入住！

酒店很棒，漢庭衞生很乾凈，早餐很好吃，有粉面雲吞，還有各種熱菜涼菜，豆漿特別好喝，阿姨的服務態度也很不錯！周邊也很便利，樓下就有燒鵝瀨粉，也很不錯！

房間設施不齊不同房間同房型不同用品 投影設施過於落後阿姨在房間有人的情況下欲進房間打掃衞生 床單被褥不太乾淨 洗完澡睡了全身皮膚瘙癢 對漢庭無比失望
