搞衞生阿姨一進來就説教住户，紙巾擦了在桌子上還要説教你，無語了，我花了錢是來這裏住的，住了肯定會有垃圾啊，沒有垃圾需要這個搞衞生的幹嘛

5 月 20 日 ，跟我老婆出來開鐘點房 度過這個節日（家裡有娃不太方便）
關於服務：預約的時間晚上 10 點三十 ，大概 10 點 40 多來到 ，説系統壞了 一堆房客在那裡等。大概到 10 點50 多 去讓前台查驗預訂訊息，前台（兩男）一個年輕 一個年長一些的 年長的聽到説開鐘點房，立馬説沒有。年輕的説早期就預訂了。年長的前台問 為什麼不早點來，不太願意開給我們 讓我們退。我説我前幾天就定好了，還在攜程私信了客服 ，客服説在這個時間段來到就行。年長的前台説 那是第三方的回覆 想把責任賴給攜程平台。就是不願意給開臨時房，他覺得開臨時房虧錢。因為系統有故障，導致有一批人在前台逗留，一堆人在那裡看着我，我彷彿是個笑話，後面是年輕的前台比較好説話 還是開給了我們。因為是臨時房 要求我們繳納按金，我沒帶現金 我問掃碼行不行，年長的前台跟我説必須現金，又想叫我退，年輕的前台説掃碼也行，後面我老婆説有現金 才開的了。
我有好多疑問，點解當天不想做臨時房又要在平台上架？ 上架了點解又要要求顧客退呢？ 如果玩不起 那就不要開通好嗎。不要在節日給臨時房的話，那就在節日那天提前弄好 別開臨時房這個購買渠道。不要把責任賴給平台 不要賴給客户。
關於房間：預訂的是投影儀房間 投影儀設備賊差 投票都投屏不了 乾脆就不看 。而且房間隔音也不好 。優點是 房間比較新 衞生好。
體驗感 10 分。我現在仔細想了下 我真系痴len線 自己家裡有房不住 跟老婆來這邊所謂的酒店找罪受。真系DLLM！
