Nice hotel in a good location. Quiet but surrounded by good eating choices. Very good Chinese breakfast with reasonable selection of Western food, too. Window can open and blackout curtains work very well. One power outlet is not switched off when the key is removed. Bed was firm.
All staff interactions (house keeping, food and beverage, and front desk were positive. Concierge Edward was especially helpful in English.
My only criticism (and this applies to hotels in most cities in China - Beijing and Shanghai excepted) is that "non-smoking" rooms are a complete farce and chances are the previous occupants (and current neighbours) smoke and you will smell it, no matter how much room deodorant is used.
