Lavande Hotel (Dongguan City Center Square)

I just picked a random hotel for the May Day trip, but it was really good. It was in the city and the price was very affordable during the holidays! There was also good parking at the door👍It was a pretty good experience.

The front desk service is very poor. The standard room is only equipped with one shower gel. I went to the front desk to get it. The front desk's reply really made me feel like I was trying to get their shower gel. Their attitude was very poor. They were completely questioning you. When did Lavande Hotel become so unacceptable to make comments? It has reached the level of educating guests staying in the hotel.

I have to praise it. I saw a small detail at the front desk. It was very considerate service and the experience was very good.

The hotel breakfast is delicious, the fresh lean meat powder is delicious, it’s my first time trying the hotel breakfast! Good service!

The room is really average in terms of hygiene, probably because it's an older hotel. The light is too dim, the lights can't be controlled individually, the shower head is broken and always leaks, the water heater is really useless, the socket is under the TV, the table is too high and the wire is too short, so it can't be plugged in, so you can only put it on the ground to boil water, the air conditioner is very noisy, very noisy, and it's stuffy if you don't turn it on, so you can only open the window, which is like a tractor, and the sound insulation is also very poor. I can hear the TV next door clearly.

The front desk service is good and enthusiastic, the room is clean and sanitary, and it is more suitable for business trips and work.
