Clean, nice hotel, in the Songshan area. Perfect for business travellers.
The room is spacious and clean, with all comodities. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet is really great, with a lot of choice, Western and Chinese.
Convenient location, with a big shopping mall located from a 10-min walk.

I don't remember if I already gave a reference for a previous visit.
I am sure that this time the experience was quite ok and I got help ordering some delivery food given that the kitchen was closed already

Awesome place to stay, staffs are all very friendly and helpful.
Manager Jacky upgraded my room to city view and 3 breakfast for free, thank you Jacky! The girl on night shifts always helped me bring my stuff to my room when I got too much.
They even gave me chef handmade cookies every time I went for breakfast.
It’s about 5mins walk to the shopping mall.
Would definitely stay here again for next visit. :)

Don't get me wrong, most of things are definitely up to standard and there is no need to waste words on them. the point that is absolutely disappointing is that the place does not have a bar or even a selling machine to buy a drink apart of some shitty soft drinks from a ugly vending thing that only serves to Chinese nationals.
Such a hotel with no bar and no capability to deliver to the room is like a Rolls Royce without steering wheel, luxury and useless.

An excellent stay in SongshanLake. The children were so happy with the amenities. Exceptional service with a delicious seafood buffet dinner and great breakfast. We highly recommend the Ramada Songshan Lake for your stay when visiting Songshan Lake. Also, very close to Mixc Mall. Super convenient.
