Vanfeel Hotel(Dongguan Machong Huayang Lake Branch)

The hotel is being renovated and looks a bit messy from the outside, with few people on rainy days. The room is still OK, large in size, and the balcony faces the lake, which is comfortable even on rainy days. However, the staff training was very inadequate. The room card I was given could not open the door several times, nor could I change the room. I was asked to reset it several times, and then I would not find a housekeeping staff to come and take a look. It took half an hour. Even though we didn't even get in, we still had to find someone to change rooms. We made the guests go through all the trouble without even sincerely apologizing, and they didn't even help with their luggage. The breakfast service was also relatively poor. I had to cook a bowl of porridge before I even finished it. When I came back, the porridge was taken away. Is this Wan-style service?

喜歡像民宿一樣的酒店，名字很特別，依湖而建，很安靜，環境優美，湖裡的水和岸邊的樹一樣綠，設計風格中式，又夾帶着麻涌古村落的特色，迎賓小吃很豐富，還有當地的特色🍌，味道很不錯，前台還備有便民小東西，牙線、護膚乳、面膜……很豐富，員工都比較友好，也能主動積極幫解決問題，特別是前台的艾經理，通過電話就能感覺到滿滿的誠懇，所以來了，體驗下來，挺滿意的，這樣的團隊有這樣一名懂得“換位思考”的管理人員，在這個拼服務的行業內卷形勢下，一定可以越做越好！

酒店附近環境非常優美，內部設計寫意，房間很大，房間外面景觀開陽，非常不錯的一個酒店。
