先説好的 再説不好的。
1.酒店雖然開業時間早，整體裝修還是可以的，兩百多的價位已經很不錯了。
2.晚上來的時候有位慈眉善目的保安大叔人很好。
3.晚上的女前台和上午的男前台態度一般，沒什麼禮貌。在房間裏看到了可以提供更換枕頭的服務，我打電話提出更換枕頭的需求，前台説我們的房型不享受這個服務…我：？？？如果不享受，這個卡片為什麼擺在這？如果是酒店工作人員擺錯了，那就是酒店工作不細緻如果是可以享受的，那前台説不享受，是不是前台工作有紕漏？無論如何都是非常不愉快的一段插曲，讓人非常非常不愉快。
4.關於延遲退房這件事：我們昨天是夜裡一點多到店，系統顯示可以延遲退房到兩點，我們協商想延遲到三點，因為入住比較晚想好好睡一覺，前台表示不同意，系統原因不退房就會持續扣費狀態。那好吧。第二天前台來電話表示一個小時五十塊，我們四點二十五離開，前台説要收150，最後溝通了下掃碼付款了125。 這一點單從買賣來講是正常的，但就是覺得酒店非常沒有人情味。我們無論是住普通便宜的酒店，還是住五星豪華的酒店，都很少遇到這種錙銖必較的情況。一般入住較晚的話跟前台溝通都會給延退久一點。況且125還是掃碼給前台小哥本人的，而不是掃給酒店的，我：…？
總之，厚街酒店還是慕思好。能看到這條評論的朋友直接轉身選慕思就行了。可以升房型到豪華套，延退到四點，協商下到五點走也不會遇到前台擺着個臉。

設施老，電梯慢還滋滋響；房間淋雨一開頂上的噴頭就漏水，早餐東西少，點個粉，肉丸不新鮮，其他衹有青菜和金針菇.....連配菜個榨菜空了，明明沒顧客，服務員竟然説沒了就沒了沒空補。嚴重不值！唯一就是前台態度好，可有什麼用？
