Wow! I had a great experience at this hotel. It's a lovely little place, next to a small and beautiful lake. The service was fantastic! They gave me a free room upgrade, offered me some vegan-friendly snacks, and gave some local recommendations.
I will definitely be returning here!

The room is big. The view is wonderful. The receptionist is helpful. I like the coffee shop downstairs it’s on the swimming pool. I recommend it.

綜合體驗，很差！
1.地址根本不在松山湖，在寮步，用松山湖誤導消費者，見地圖。
2.根本不是套房，見圖，比一般酒店的大床房小，設計奇怪，電視後面是洗手枱，角落是一張書桌。
3.空調不製冷，應該是中央空調，要麼統一供暖，要麼統一製冷，不能每個房間各自冷暖，當天户外温度15℃，很涼爽，房間裏有點悶，開空調想兑點新風進來，結果越開越熱，房間温度最高達到26℃，衹能開窗户通風，室內悶熱了很久，難受。
4.開了窗户，晚上進蚊子，4點多被迫起來，非常惱火，睡眠連貫性被破壞，沒休息好。
5.窗簾四面漏光，早上太陽出來，馬上被光線晃醒，睡覺畏光者慎選。
6.沖涼房設計奇怪，尖角很容易碰頭，空間狹窄，水輕易漫出，溢到旁邊洗手間裏，起不到乾濕分離的效果，衹能用毛巾擋水。
7.房間裏禁止吸煙是很好的，給贊，但是卻又同時放置了煙灰缸，這是何意？
8.入住時問，訂房提示説可以給免費升級，前台小哥説，不行的。退而求其次，又問，那麼能不能換個免費早餐，答，也不行。無奈，再問，那麼早餐多少錢一份，我想購買，小哥答，自己看餐廳價格牌，定睛一看，宣傳牌上衹有一些飲品的價格，並沒寫早餐價格，再問小哥，答，我也不知道，實在無語，服了。
9.入住後問，房間wifi密碼是多少，小哥答NS888888，密碼錯誤，換小寫，還是錯誤，思索後醒悟，猜會不會是MS開頭？果然正確.﹒﹒
綜合體驗，非專業旅宿投資者，設計隨心，管理差，服務弱，遺憾。

性價比挺不錯的一個地方！同學聚會，機緣巧合訂了這裏，餐廳出品很好，旁邊有個公園環境不錯，房間大，房型豐富，價格也不貴，還可以燒烤，同學們評價都很高，很值得推薦的一個地方。唯一遺憾是中央空調開了暖氣，調不成冷氣，25度的東莞冬季模式，晚上也還是很熱的
