Overall experience, very poor! 1. The address is not in Songshan Lake at all, but in Liaobu. Songshan Lake is used to mislead consumers. See the map. 2. It’s not a suite at all. As you can see in the picture, it is smaller than a standard hotel room with a double bed. The design is strange. There is a sink behind the TV and a desk in the corner. 3. The air conditioner is not cooling. It should be a central air conditioner, which can provide unified heating or unified cooling. Each room cannot be heated and cooled independently. The outdoor temperature that day was 15℃, which was very cool. The room was a bit stuffy. I turned on the air conditioner to get some fresh air, but the result was worse. The hotter it gets, the room temperature reaches a maximum of 26°C, and the windows can only be opened for ventilation. The room has been stuffy and uncomfortable for a long time. 4. I opened the window, and mosquitoes came in at night. I was forced to get up at around 4 o'clock. I was very annoyed, my sleep continuity was disrupted, and I didn't get a good rest. 5. The curtains leak light from all sides. When the sun comes out in the morning, you will be awakened by the light immediately. Those who are photophobic when sleeping should be careful. 6. The design of the shower room is strange. The sharp corners are easy to hit the head. The space is narrow and the water easily overflows into the bathroom next to it. It cannot separate the dry and wet areas. You can only use a towel to block the water. 7. It’s good to ban smoking in the room. I like it, but at the same time, an ashtray is placed. What does this mean? 8. When I asked about check-in, the reservation prompt said that I could get a free upgrade, but the guy at the front desk said, no. I settled for the next best thing and asked if I could get a free breakfast instead. The answer was no. Helpless, I asked again, how much does breakfast cost? I want to buy it. The boy replied that he looked at the restaurant’s price board. After a closer look, he saw that there were only prices for some drinks on the billboard, and there was no price for breakfast. He asked again, Answer, I don’t know either. I’m really speechless and I’m convinced. 9. After checking in, I was asked what the password for the wifi in the room was. My answer was NS888888. The password was wrong. Please change it to lower case. It was still wrong. After thinking about it, I realized that it might start with MS? Sure enough.﹒ ﹒ Comprehensive experience, non-professional hotel investors, casual design, poor management, weak service, regrettable.

A place with a pretty good value for money! I booked this place by chance for a class reunion. The food in the restaurant is very good. There is a park next to it and the environment is nice. The rooms are large, with a variety of room types. The price is not expensive. You can also have a barbecue. My classmates rated it very highly. It is a place worth recommending. The only regret is that the central air conditioner turned on the heating and could not turn on the air conditioning. Even in Dongguan winter mode of 25 degrees, it was still very hot at night.

There are many delicious restaurants and shops around. 🏡Environment: I really like the design style of the villa. There is a swimming pool on the first floor of the villa. There is also a coffee shop and Cantonese restaurant beside the swimming pool. The spiral staircase in the hotel is one of its features. Moreover, different room landscapes have their own characteristics, which are both modern and traditional. The terrace of the hotel room can see a small park next door, the view is great! 🍃Service: The front desk prepared everything we might need for us. We booked a room with a bathtub, and candles were thoughtfully prepared next to the bathtub. The breakfast included in the hotel is in the coffee shop on the first floor. This is also a feature of the hotel that I would highly recommend! The environment of the coffee shop is very comfortable. You can read a book in the coffee shop when you have nothing to do, chat with the boss lady, drink coffee and relax... PS: Taking photos in a coffee shop is very photogenic! !
