Environment: The hotel is spacious and comfortable. It is a garden-style holiday destination and is within walking distance to Dongguan Botanical Garden.
Service: The service is excellent. Ms. Jiang Yanchun, the assistant manager of the lobby, made two special trips to help us upgrade to the ideal room type, which made the two-day family trip a great experience. Other staff members are also very warm and thoughtful, and can take the initiative to solve problems for guests.
