酒店前台宣傳屏幕上面顯示有洗衣房。實際酒店設施完全沒有。前台服務態度非常差。處理問題沒有耐心跑去處理私事，整體服務都一般

服務：非常差的一家酒店，我們訂了兩個房間，一個麻將房，一個豪華大床房，然後同一個人早上拿兩張房卡去前台退房，叫前台拿一張早餐券，前台來個虎狼之詞説給過了，我説沒有拿到，我説直接拿一張麼，那前台來一句虎狼之詞説她們酒店不補早餐券，我去，就窮得差她那一個早餐券的💰了，這種酒店這樣的服務，不倒閉都天理難容啊，還叫啥國際酒店，不如人家城市便捷酒店的服務，早點關門大吉吧，如果是這樣的服務的話！
